Let's complain a little, shall we?
- inventory clutter. I absolutely hate it when I play an RPG and I have to constantly manage inventories of 4 different characters. It's especially jarring when there's an item or encumberance cap. This is easily the worst thing about Divinity: Original Sin 2 and Baldur's Gate 3. I must've spent 20% of game time on sorting crafting components, dozens of potions etc. [see: attachment 1]
- UI that doesn't make good use of screen space. Why should you see 40 items at any given time when you might as well see 12? This problem and the one mentioned above can sometimes exist in tandem (Fallout 3 with the stupid Pip-Boy) [see: attachment 2]
- weapon/item wheel and d-pad 4 shortcut system. I play on PC exclusively and I don't use a controller. I wish developers would make separate interfaces for people like me. Sometimes the wheel is your only option and you can't even bind anything to keys, which would be much faster and more convenient. [see: attachments 3 and 4]
