No warrant; No entry. If you open the door though, they have a chance to do questionable stuff you cant stop in the moment like putting their hand in the frame or foot as a doorstop. Best to just keep the door closed and do not speak to them. It's not like a traffic stop where youre legally obligated to identify yourself (Name on ID, DOB and primary residence)

Most people dont know their rights... Or responsibilities. Makes for some fun Videos on YouTube though!

I don't think that applies to hotel rooms unless you're the owner. The owner is the one who decides who can come in.

same bitrate, original resolution, less compatible+more efficient HEVC video encoding, so people have the choice between the H.264 and the H.265 encodes, I don't believe HEVC works in the inline player but you can still right click and "save video as"
