Grand Theft Auto III's
Rise FM was unique to the series, being the only progressive trance station overall. Nothing ever really came close afterwards, due to the genre in real life kind of fizzling out after the early 2000s; even Liberty City Stories' own Rise.FM was more a general electronic/dance station. Rise was mixed by one of the cofounders of Rockstar itself, using a handful of licensed tracks, half of which were made by the same guys - A Christian band, ironically enough (fuck yeah). You'd never hear these songs anywhere else, so they are, for all intents and purposes, video game music.
Speaking of other rave style songs in video games:
Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space, when you go to Stuttgart, Germany and meet the flamboyant vampire who runs a club:
Jared Emerson-Johnson - New Location Unlocked (Midtown Remix)
Disgaea 1, right at the beginning of the final chapter:
Tenpei Sato - Planet X
In the Groove 2, one of the playable songs in the game:
Smiley - Destiny
Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 4, one of the songs you hear while driving:
Yuzo Koshiro - Taillight
And for some high-energy chiptunes:
Monty on the Run (C64)'s theme song
Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage?!! First level theme
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the Game: First level theme
