This song is a remix of "Goodbye Almond Eyes" by Tokyo Rose, and was made for the Porn World fight in Postal 3. Sadly, it was patched out in an update, and replaced with another song from the OST. That really sucks, because this is an awesome song.

Also, Postal 3's OST was way better than the game itself.
