Frank Klepaki is top tier. While I love Hell March I do feel it overshadows some of his other great stuff.

I know that some Doom fags hate it but I love brutal Doom and the soundtrack

Just ran into this remake. It's not bad.

Warning: Pretentious goth music ahead.

This song, from the recently released cyberpunk adventure game, "Red Strings Club", is a fucking masterpiece if you like pretty/creepy synth.

Also, on the subject of cyberpunk adventure games, I rediscovered the soundtrack to the 90's classic "Dreamweb" and it's a beaut.

Finally, not cyberpunk, more like darkwave/ambient (if you're a former shut-in child of the 90s who cares about such genre distinctions) but here is a beautiful track from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.
