I distinctively remember watching this ad for Yoshi's Island as a kid, and I rewatched it several times over the years before the advent of youtube, for as it happened to be recorded in one of the many Simpsons VHS bootleg tapes I have laying around.

Apparently Nintendo viewed the fans of The Meaning of Life as the intended target audience for the game?
