Hmm. Her moods have been all over the place so I dont know that this will happen - she's promised a channel re-start I dont know how many times. But she's getting out and spending time with different girlfriends, so good for her. Who would have thought just a few years back that she'd have real friends and a life separate from the Kappa?
Update 6/28: Hmm. Between the new friends, going out a lot, dressing more professional, commuting, and quoting philosophy- I wonder if V is enrolled in college? She was always diligent at studying what schooling her mother permitted, and she's had plenty of time to catch up on Japanese language tests and a high school diploma.
The lolcow spergs have been rabid on the idea of escorting, but those things add up to college attendance to me.
E: and then there's this. What are the reasons she might have to take down vlogs? Manaki wasnt in all of her vlogs and videos that came down, so it's probably not him, or just because of him. Marge doesnt have two pennies to rub together, but if she had sued she would have seized on the videos filmed before Venus left, not the vlogs. Maybe Fullscreen issues? They were her management during that time.
Whatever she's up to she seems to be building a life away from YT, which is a positive imo.
Update 7/7: Jesus H, Ferenc. You couldn't make yourself sound like more of a narc if you tried. Opening your email with how "exclusive" and huge your hourse is, then screenshotting and publishing the email before it's even sent, is a huge red flag for someone who has suffered abuse from a narcissist. The first part might be a translation fail (like, where he means secluded instead of exclusive) but the rest gets a major side eye.
And I see you signing off on this, Tia Zsu. You disappoint me; I thought you were the sensible one. A longtime Venus fan / family hanger-on gives sound advice which is clearly being ignored.

Reading all of this just makes me feel bad for her. She's bright and has much potential, yet her mother abused her and treated her as something subhuman. Honestly, I hope Venus becomes wildly successful while I hope Margo get raped and killed by a bunch of savages.

Venus isn't perfect but I'm not sure what she's done wrong in the eyes of those tinfoilers besides being slightly annoying (through no fault of her own). I'm guessing watching her go off the rails in a cowish way was a bit milky but she's trying to get her shit together and understandably hasn't been able to do so without some setbacks.

Oh, that OBVIOUSLY she is a TOTAL PROSTITUTE because she went to a resort and gets lots of views on TokTok by reposting short clips her old weeb videos. She even danced in a bikini, while at the spa the slut. No burka in sight! Someone call her man to discipline her!
When she announced she was forming her formal PR company, the spergs on the other farm still insisted it's all a hooking front. The salt is kind of unreal. Like, she's in her early 20s, dresses professionally for work, and drinks beer and does early 20s shit in social media? How dare she!
e: forgot to add, that last thumbnail is her announcing she's got a minor part in a play. So it seems like she deleted all the old personal vlogs to clean up her professional brand - she's doesn't want to be the sadgirl who got abused by her mother, landed on her feet only because a sweet but rather odd man had a crush on her since she was a teen, and made a terrible decision to get weight loss surgery because living with her monster mom gave her an eating disorder. She kept the clean, kawaii, fashion haul image stuff and got rid of anything embarrassing or an over share in order to be taken seriously in the Japanese fashion and entertainment industry.

She did therapy multiple times a week for months on end, started leaving the house and make new friends, she's grown out of the plushy kawaii stuff because she realized she was trying to replace her shitty childhood with delayed infantilization, and she doesn't even take antidepressants any more!
She thought she was too broken to ever fix, but stepping away from online was a great step to allow herself to heal in her own time.
She does NOT want to address her private at all any more. She is still married to Manaki despite all the pearl clutching and she wants people to leave him alone.

I'm so used to seeing people playing the victim online it's refreshing to see someone who has every excuse in the world to have a pity party, make excuses and wallow in childish things, instead tackling their problems and acting like a real goddamned adult. One thing that confuses me is why Venus writes her name in hiragana. Foreign names and words borrowed from other languages in japanese are usually written in katakana, for example Bus (バス "Basu" instead of ばす) and Toilet (トイレ "Toire" instead of といれ). I would expect her name to be written as ビナス instead of びなす.

Post announcing the new video - looks like she had a lovely time at work one day with lots of balloons. The fan event is next Saturday. Let's hope Marge is still safely ensconced in the detention center, because ruining a big public event like this is something narcs live for.

Being married doesn't necessarily mean that they are still living together. They could be living apart and not divorced yet . She should have worded it differently and said that ,we are still together but Manaki would like his privacy. She has no obligation to discuss her private life but she should have either not said anything or talked more clearly .

jeez, you'd think they'd be happy Venus is trying to change the things about herself that people found cringeworthy and cow-worthy in the past. What part of "yes, I'm still married" implies they don't live together? People were never going to be satisfied until they released films of themselves fucking on a daily basis - and there would be no satisfying some people even then. It's a reach, and it's weird, and I don't blame them for taking their relationship offline because people were way too invested in their personal and sexual life.
