Those politicians have a history of ratting out insurgents and selling them to the government, the military is always going to be safer sticking with Maduro to get their corruption gibs than trying to kill the chicken of the golden eggs for fake promises.

Also, the national assembly won't be valid anymore come january 5th, Guaido already extended the decree (he was only allowed to be "president" for 30 days but he extended it indefinentely). But come June 5th constitutionally that senate won't exist, so watch them now as they negotiate with Maduro for some rigged elections because they run out of time and anything they pull will raise eyebrows on the international scene.
