You do understand that that's the national equivalent of saying "I will take my neighbours as hostages if you try to stop me from raping my kids"? And if there is one principle which is quite adamant in most of the world, it's "We don't negotiate with terrorists." If Maduro would be insane/stupid enough to really bomb Colombia, or any other neighbouring countries, almost the whole world would condemn that and see just about anything USA does after that as justified.
