Uh well I ain't venezuelan but I really would prefer the US maybe not make a military intervention, mostly cause of this.

I don't know how much hot air this is but I'd rather not have my country bombed, surely that's understandable

Pedro Carreño

Nothingburguer , he Is famous here because he has the dirtiest mouth of all the chaviztas , every time he appears is just to say stupid shit, he is so much of a hypocrite that people call him General Vuitton because you almost always see him with clothes of that brand also calling him lawmaker is a insult he has never proposed or made anything he is just a attack dog that brag every day that no one can touch him

Posted this in AOC's thread, but I thought this would be a better place. Be aware MintPress is notorious for being Pro-Assad.

Wew, what an article. A lot of completely incorrect hot takes that seem to undermine any efforts to make Venezuela a better place by saying people shouldn't try and Venezuelans actually like it, undermining the United States specifically as a country, and utilizing quotes from someone who actually thinks the US is worse democratically than Venezuela. Who could write such an article, you ask?

Hmm.

Our resident Venezuelan want to comment on our pal Norton's claims?

Muh Nation is oppresive woe is me, say the journalist that is writing a stupid article from their privileged computer that probably cost 100 years of Venezuelan minimal wage shit talking the government without repercussions because the system of their country actually works , they do that shit here they end in our version of Gulags

And our Gulags don't have A/C

Let me correct those headlines:

"Venezuela will Bomb Columbia with the smoldering remains of any of their shit air craft that are currently airworthy when they are torn apart by Columbia's air defenses.."

"Venezuela will Bomb Columbia using with the smoldering remains of any of their shit air craft that can still fly when torn apart by Columbia's air defenses.."
Why not threaten to bomb Guyana? Their army has like 1000 men.

Guyana is a one of the 3 small countries between Venezuela and Brazil.

If the US ever bombs Venezuela the first thing we are doing is suppressing the 11 Su30s that are supposedly still flyable.

I see the joke flew right over your head; this makes it more capable than the Venezuelan airforce.

I came from the factory with a broken sarcasm detector. I assumed you were thinking of Ghana.

They're part of the Commonwealth. The British Navy has a lot of naval assets in the Carribbean and will gladly fuck your shit up too.

Even still, the very fact he's willing to fuck with the Netherlands is either gross incompetence or bravado. Could be desperation as well. Any way you look at it, it's probably not the best idea to piss off a country with a functional military and happens to be friends with America. You'd think Maduro has enough enemies as is.
Wh the fuck has the the dutch military done since surrendering to the Germans in 1940?

I doubt their SU30s are even capable of launching sorties considering they crashed one flying along the Colombian border a couple of years back while trying to bully Colombia.

That's why I said forget about the Middle East and look at the US history of Latin American regime change. Our definition of democracy is arming/funding fanatical fringe opposition groups that then go on to commit genocide and atrocities. Look I know a lot of people on here have hate boners for Socialism because Socialism in America means acting like a faggot, but if Venezuela wants democracy it's not going to come from America. There's decades of examples to prove it.
I dunno, dude, Brazil got saved from becoming the Latin American Cambodia when the military regime took over in '64.

You do understand that that's the national equivalent of saying "I will take my neighbours as hostages if you try to stop me from raping my kids"? And if there is one principle which is quite adamant in most of the world, it's "We don't negotiate with terrorists." If Maduro would be insane/stupid enough to really bomb Colombia, or any other neighbouring countries, almost the whole world would condemn that and see just about anything USA does after that as justified.

The fact that they are even implying such means that the Maduro and his goons are really fucking desperate and know that end, for them, is coming.

Because taking Guyana back was one of the dreams of Chavez that he failed spectacularly to achieve and Maduro just nuked the idea when no one cared about it, they dont talk about it because is one of the biggest and most loud of the fails of the Chavizmo after bragging for years that Guyana was going to be a new state of Venezuela

And btw we dont have any kind of tactical capability to bomb, nuke or scratch any country that shit talk us, the only thing that has prevented Maduro for necking himself is the "muh autonomy and dignity of the countries"

I remember when Kim Sung Il was sick and there was a lot of worry he'd go out in a glorious flash of neighbor killing; it's pretty scary to watch these insane megalomaniacs back themselves further and further into a corner, losing everything that's holding them back from a violent murder suicide. @Cubanodun what do you think are the chances Maduro is actually going to go bombing the neighborhood?

Absolutely 0, he doesn't have the balls to pick a fight with anyone because in every scenario he would be assblasted also we dont have any kind of weaponry or qualified soldiers to actually put a fight, like i said before we are using truck drivers as tank operators and convicts as soldiers because Maduro is so paranoic that he doesn't trust anyone, not even the army now

Also the main reason he is still there is because he has orders from Cuba to not pick a fight with anyone, keep the status quo and hope for the best

In this context, "functional military" means, at least, "aircraft carrier." Don't think they measure up.
An aircraft carrier wouldn't even be necessary initially. B2s running on fumes could make the round-trip, dropping a few carbon fiber

Your army isn't there to shoot at external threats, my friend.

B-2 Spirits? We're talking about the Netherlands.

Who, I believe, have two naval vessels designed to support landings, some frigates, and subs. I really doubt they're set up to invade another continent.
The US always ends up doing all the work for NATO.
