So everybody who trades with a sanctioned country is itself sanctioned? Like a Sanction Midas Touch?

Pretty much and even if people bitch no one want to piss the USA, because the american market is fuck huge and losing it is a big no no

Lol, they all carry Mosins and simultaneously they are all wearing webbing/chest rig designed for carrying AK mags, which I assume is useless for holding Mosin clips and loose 7.62x54R rounds.

"clips" yeah right, those things dont even shoot, is just for parades

those rigs are there to carry money, Its super usefull, like in a situation where you have to shit in the woods. also its just a club formed like a Mosin.

5th Group Mechanized Cavalry HQ is in Cucuta and it's only 5 miles to the bridge. I wouldn't get too excited yet. In addition to the Cascavel's in the videos they also have LAV III's and M1117's. Happening status will be upgraded when they bring out the LAV III's.

They're in for a rude surprise if they push too hard. Venezuela fields T72s, AMX-30s and some older light tanks (AMX-10s I think they're called) plus BMP-1 and other armored fighting vehicles.

Is it normal in Colombia for the army to roll around at night with weapons at the ready?

No, but rolling around in 50 year old recon cars is just a show of force and not a great one.

e: at least they didn't bust out the M8 Greyhounds.

For better or worse, the US Banking system handles pretty much the world's banking - it is a stable system, both in terms of system uptime, and in that no government minister is just going to funnel it into their own pockets with no notice. Losing access to that system means you have to bank like its 1950, only without the benefit of everyone else being at 1950's levels of banking.
It is basically like living in a city and the water company blocking your access to water & sewage - You are now reduced to buying pallets of Evian and shitting in a camping toilet. Your neighbors won't even let you use their shower or fill up your cistern from their hose because they know if they get caught, they're going to be shut off and put in the same boat.

If you are caught handling transactions on the financial network for a barred entity, you are now also barred. Anyone who did transactions with you is also subject to scrutiny and a potential barring as well. Regaining access ranges from 'paying a fine and saying you're sorry' to 'a fine and auditors (that you pay for) all the way up your ass until they see your molars' to 'hahah no get wrecked'.

So since Pvdsa was barred, that means that Russian oil company can still do business with them AND keep banking network access, but they have to make sure those streams of income remain wholly and completely separate - you can't even allow for even the appearance that Pvdsa is being sent money from the network or being allow to send money to the network. It is much, much safer to just say "Nope, fuck off with your Zimbabwe dollars", especially given the tensions with US and Russia over this (And syria. And ukraine).

And this morning was one of celebration and glory, Mario silva (imagine Alex jones but without the gay frogs and communist) announced in his TV Program that he had for 15 years that he is retiring from TV, before he leaved he rambled about how much the Chavizmo is failing in everything, he complains about how our old allies are against us now and how we failed to implement socialism, we are talking a guy that was infamous for insulting everyone and denying reality every single day

EDIT: Maduro is right now in national tv... praying, i wish i was kidding

Who's he praying to?

Wouldn't surprise me if it really was God though, after all if an American Communist bit his tongue I expect he'd say "Jesus" or "Christ".

Yeah but it's all Columbia has. I mean they have some LAV-III's and LAV-AT's those are only about thirty years old...but no proper tanks.

After he finished he only mentioned that he wish people pray for him and for the nation, then he claimed that he is willing to do the legislative (not presidential) elections again he believe he is being clever because "no one specified what kind of election was requested" he did not even finish that sentence when France immediately shut it down

No Maduro, people is not stupid and they are not going to do another election with your corrupted CNE, give up

After that he again requested to a dialogue with the opposition, Guaido said "unless is to negotiate you getting out of the presidency the answer is still no"
