Turkroaches are just afraid the Erdogan will be next. In the current Turkroach parliamentary election, there is already big electoral fraud being uncovered in districts where AKP was trailing opposition parties in the past elections, like +1000 AKP voters being registered to the same single room apartment, and multiple 150+ year old AKP voters being discovered on the rolls.

The economy isnt that bad, they will only start a civil war if the next election is stolen like that. the recent lira implosion hurts AKP voters alot more than others since they are normaly poorer, less educated and in more debt(because the party said it will always go up).
the army is in pretty bad shape since they went to war with the kurds again while purging their ranks from opposition supporters, i doubt they will try a coup.

Any Venezuelan who does not support the narrative is not a Venezuelan. Our form of commerce is the only correct one, and another instance of it not working as planned in modern times must not be seen by the general public.

Well, this is gonna be a fun couple of weeks.

Is he safe if he flees to Cuba? It used to be the go-to destination for fleeing SA dictators just like how petty dictators and puppet leaders of Soviet satellite nations or Southeast Asian regimes could always flee to the USSR for asylum when the Marines showed up on their doorstep, or his favorite General pulled a coup. Actually, it probably doesn't matter. Wherever he goes, I'd assume apathy as to what happens to him as long as he's out of power would keep him nominally safe and pulling the old "Yanquee Imperialism did it again!" card to deny any responstiblity as he sips cool beverages on some well-connected diplomats patio for the rest of his life.
