Wikileaks are anti-america peacenik useful idiots funded by Russia. They aren't controlled, just given resources to do their thing. Shitting all over Hilary was simply their interests temporarily & unrelatedly aligning with common sense.

They are simply against America doing anything, ever. But really the only way they're wrong here is propping up Maduro, as other than keeping Russia and China from getting involved, the US really does need to stay the fuck out of Venezuela; let them do their own thing and let them continue to have their faces shoved into the around 30+ years of accumulated shit they've allowed to infest the country, and hope they learn their lesson. They probably won't, but in any case, the US doesn't need to get any on us.

We haven't done too much so far, right? AFAIK it's mostly just recognizing the validity of venezuela's invocation of section 230, and tried to send some aide. I don't get why so many pro-Maduro people are calling this an american-led coup

As I said, Wikileaks is now an operation of the Russians, the Chinese and their allies. Look at how they, the supreme pro-privacy, anti-censorship and anti-surveillance advocacy groups, shills for Chinese tech companies, despite being as in bed, if no more so, with the massive Chinese national security state as are American tech companies with the US national security state.

Look I get it, the NSA, the general American intelligence community, the deep state/Western elites and Silicon Valley has done and are doing some retarded and evil things. So, for example, I doubt the Russians had any great impact on the UK referendum or the last US Presidential election; that's mostly pushed by Remainers and Democrats who need to explain their failures without any deep exploration of themselves. But anybody who sides with the Sino-Russian alliance against the West because they hate the censorship and surveillance of the later is a goddamn moron.

Consider this: if somebody tried to do what Snowden or Assange did with Russian or Chinese intelligence, I doubt they would get far. They would most likely be dead.

Basically it is like the choice between the Chavezistas and the opposition. The opposition probably has some dumb ideas, but they certainly would run the country better the current clown show.

Trump recognized Guaido as president (E), also literally forced Europe to uncuck themselves and do the same, pretty much banned and blocked every single of those commies of ever getting money in or out of ANY first world country (except maybe japan), purified CITGO of Russians, made Maduro do hilarious military exercises with shitty-with no ammunition tanks and rocket launchers, kicked the fuck out our embassador from the ONU today after do a embarrassing spectacle, managed to get shitload of humanitarian aid that is desperately needed, forced the UK to block a transaction that would gave Maduro our Gold reserves there to try to pay some debts, for some reason made the chinese avoid Maduro like the plague and only want to talk with Guaido (is hinted that Trump told them that Maduro is in the way to change his status to unemployed and better get with their guy instead of the filthy monkey)

Trump and America for that matter had made in less than 2 month what Bush and Obama did not even care to do in 16 years

Bonus: America has made Maduro so paranoid that he even sleep with a bullet proof jacket and if you believe in the rumors in a bunker to prevent being Pinoche'd

Is not hard to be better than the Chaviztas, you only dont have to be a Communist, one of the main reasons that all of the countries of the continent want him out is for the same reasons Trump want the wall, Venezuelans are infesting all the countries and they have two options

1)Solve this shit once for all so people return to their homeland and stop being a nuisance in their own territory

Obviously they dont have the money for the option 2 so the best option is clear

I guess I should clarify: The US needs to continue to stay the fuck out of Venezuela, and keep doing what we're doing which is shitting on Maduro.

They need to handle this shit on their own, then we need to help out when they need to put shit back together after the Maduro debacle.

If we actively interfere we'll just be America being imperialist scum. We'll get accused of that anyway but the less true it is, the better the post-Maduro era will go for us.

We had the pretext of both of those countries starting unprovoked wars of aggression against most of their neighbors, and orchestrating the mass killing of civilians in the process, to justify taking away their toys and occupying them for the next few decades until they were sufficiently neutered.

That is not the case in Venezuela.

I hope we don't get involved. It's in the neighborhood so that raises the chances, but I don't think Israel has any vested interest in destroying Venezuela so that dramatically lowers them. Send in SAD and have them do what they do. Maybe an SMU if things go hot. Then help new guy enough so people aren't rioting in the streets a month later due to a complete lack of basic necessities while new guy figures things out. We'll still get called imperialists by everyone who hates the US, but they do that anyway. There's no pleasing those people.

One of my good friends is Chilean and works at a clinic. She's been helping take care of this one family that's fled from Venezuela and she says that the parents have been telling her about how much of a fucking nightmare it is down there right now.
Apparently people have been kidnapping others and holding them at ransom, but they aren't looking for money - they're demanding food in ransom. Other people have been snatched off the streets and sold for food money.
Pretty much the only way people are able to buy anything is via the black market that's full of supplies that Colombians have smuggled across the border.
Shit's bad, man. Really bad.
