I went through her Facebook and Insta, and wow, she is insufferable. Wow, hanging curtains! making meatloaf! sewing a hole in an apron! What a homemaker!

She also posted a picture on her Insta of a man in a shirt, a bowtie, and suspenders, with a link to some page about "traditional men". This makes me mad, because suspenders are underwear. Having them visible is both trashy and highly non-traditional. (Note how one of the most famous 21st century visible-suspenders-wearers is Jerry Springer).

White is a fucking useless term. The goalposts is constantly moving.
 
The whole tradcon thing to me seems like one giant grift. Why? Because it's mostly just a bunch of LARPers having blind nostalgia for a time period they weren't even born in or let alone experienced.

The fact that they had to ask people online to show them how to do tradcon stuff when it's stuff they should've learned in the first place shows me this.
