I hate recipes that add sugar to shit that doesn't need it. Just about every pizza sauce recipe I come across calls for sugar to "cut the acidity" like the sour savory taste of pizza sauce is something we have to sweep under the carpet to enjoy our pizzas.

I make a white pizza with a ricotta base and I'll put a little honey in, but just a little. Fighting ricotta's aggressive mildness is a task and the honey goes well with the everything else I put in, but you don't want it too sweet.

Meh. I don't like cornbread stuffing. I don't think that the taste of the cornbread goes well with the fresh herbs and spices often associated with Thanksgiving and Fall. Too many flavors clashing with each other. I think that cornbread should just remain BFFs with barbecue.

Other than the cornbread, the recipe ain't bad-- it's a pretty standard and crowd pleasing stuffing recipe (I would add some sage to this recipe, though). Apples actually go pretty great in stuffing, btw. To accommodate some people's dietary needs, I like to make a sausage stuffing and a vegetarian stuffing (which includes apples and sometimes cranberries). I guess my family likes them enough considering I keep being asked to make them.
