I wonder if a lot of the banning was because of dems still being salty Gore didn't win the recount, and the tacit knowledge that had a recount happened, Trump would have won. Their egos couldn't take the election being overturned, and Trump winning.

The US is a nation of over 300 million, but I've never seen any polling that broke over a couple thousand respondents. Its entirely possible for that to happen. Especially when polls are used to shape public perception, not report it.

I don't like in a super rural area, but our power routinely goes out because squirrels or other retarded rodents gnaw the cables, or a tree goes down and takes out a power line (less commonly, but it happens). I've had the power go out for at least a couple hours multiple times this year alone due to the former. I mean this in the least fedposty way possible but it's almost hilarious how easy it is to fuck with the power grid.

edit: if you don't believe me, our utility company sends out newsletters a few times a year and the cause of outages is overwhelmingly due to either weather or "other environmental causes" (which is usually animals). Every single outage this year at my house wasn't during adverse weather. If a rodent can do it, imagine how much worse it could be if a bad actor decided to fuck shit up.

Most hilarious part of that Politico article is somehow quoting a democratic operative reflects any kind of reality. And the fact that they had no one better to ask and quote tells you everything about this fake nothingburger.

I don't buy it for a minute that Trump will win. Even if he does, it won't be clean. This will be a bloody, messy, legal battle. The Supreme Court will have to weigh in and become King Makers whether they like or not. If they do the Standings and Latches thing again, then I hope Supreme Court Justice Roberts has a fireproof-home because as optimistic as it is, I don't expect people to swallow that bullshit again lying down. I really believe a lot of people are going to be disappointed Tuesday night when the Uniparty Machine kicks into overdrive to really drive the point home that they're in charge.

Alternatively, what I can see happening is one candidate "wins", acts as President for the next week. Then when they're finished writing the ballots for/manage to expose the millions of fraudulent ballots, the election will be put into question and we won't know who won.

One way or another, they're going to cheat. Trump will not be allowed to take office, and if he does, they will make another assassination attempt immediately and they'll be non-stop until they're successful this time.
