Pretty typical late-Baby Boomer management behavior. She has been delegating nearly every management decision since ~her late 20s.

The Gen-Xers, that used to handle this sort of thing for most Boomers, all gained understanding of how the machines worked and are now off doing their own shit.

This leaves Boomer managers with a staffing pool of dopamine fried Zoomers with zero experience who try to professionally navigate via "vibes," and aging Redditor Millennials who have failed to launch.

Literally everything she does or says is so calculated that she doesn't come across as human whatsoever.

And the arrogance about it is just astounding too. Her appearance on Charlamagne's podcast really showcased how much disdain she holds for the average person. When she was confronted about how she always reads from a script and repeats everything the says, her literal response was "Um, it's called having discipline, and you're welcome, America." Then she went on this tangent about how Americans are basically too stupid to let any "messages" sink in unless they are repeated all of the time. What a colossal bitch, haha.

I'd say that even her "beer drinking" stunt on Colbert had the opposite effect of what she intended. Firstly, she struggled even opening the beer, and secondly ... I don't believe for a second that she actually drinks beer. If she had been offered a beer and she said, "Sorry, I actually prefer wine" or something, then she would have absolutely come across as more genuine and human. Nah ... Instead she's like "You're all so stupid that you'll be impressed when I take a few sips from some shitty can of beer."

And you're right about the world leaders. None of them are going to give her the time of day if she becomes President because of how thin skinned and incapable she is to lead.

She would be an embarrassing "First Woman President," and all of the people who say that women shouldn't become President because of a general lack of emotional control will pretty much be proven correct by her, haha.

They hold a very specific dose of nostalgia for me. SNL was special in the late 90s for me because it being Saturday night that was the only time of the week I was allowed to stay up instead of being sent to bed. What I remember was my Mom, Dad, and older sibling all SHITTING ON THESE SKETCHES. I distinctly remember my Mom saying “Oh no not the Cheerleader sketch again!” And Molly Shannon’s catholic girl is one of the last things I remember because that’s when SNL took a huge dive in quality and was never relevant to me again.

The only way that shitty SNL tribute would have brought buzz is if they had Maya Rudolph appear doing her Kamala impression. It’s surprising that Rudolph must have not taken that favor and Gaffigan handled his hosting duties professionally and avoided taking a real swing at Trump.

TDS effected individuals have only been able to pearl clutch that Trump said “shit” during his routine as if we’re still living in the 1960s.

If one of her staff snap one day, they could almost recite word for word the rant Amy had for Selina Meyer when she quit as her campaign manager in Veep and it wouldn't be inaccurate.

I remember thinking that was one of Hillary’s biggest problems in the lead-up to 2016. That every word that came out of her mouth sounded like it was workshopped through no fewer than three focus groups beforehand. That she could not sound genuine, even if her life depended on it.

And we all saw how it turned out for her. Hoping for a similar result this November.

The difference with those old roasts is that all those guys knew each other, were friends, and the viewers knew it was all in good fun. Modern roasts are strangers being mean to each other. I agree with Norm Macdonald's assessment of roasts.

I do not hope that this happens and would be the first to express shock and sympathy if it did, but can you imagine if Harris bullies a staffer to the point that the individual snaps violently? You'd think people would know not to abuse others so much, but here we are.
