I disagree that Trump NEEDS to return to the 2016 rhetoric. In 2016, it was the white people getting lambasted the hardest. In 2024, it's the American people as a whole getting lied to and fucked up the ass by evil people.

They are unironically triggering "remember what they took from you" memories from a lot of the millennials. The left's entire philosophy has been to label everything before CURRENT YEAR as "the dark times" and now people are having nostalgia of those times when everything wasn't shit before the Recession.

It's still shit even for the 30-35 age bracket. I graduated in 2010 in Vegas, and I remember hearing from my old man just before graduation "Pleb, there will never be any handouts for you." He was right - there was no work out there for a white guy that knew no Spanish and I had to move halfway across the country to get anything resembling solid work. I was around for enough of the good days of the Internet to know what we lost. I saw Obama going out of his way to make sure that I knew America was not my country. I saw from Snowden and Goobergrape just how fucked the news really was and how fucking meaningless Obama's hope and change really was.

I saw all my friends from back then turn into hardcore lefties to the point that I had to distance myself from them. Shit didn't start to improve until Trump did what he could to get the boot off of everyone's necks for three years until the Uniparty used Wuflu to fuck everyone.

Seeing Vance in those candid moments and having hobbies I can relate to is a reminder that just maybe America hasn't completely abandoned guys like me yet.

Let me try to explain this to you as easily as I can, AMERICA IS A TWO PARTY SYSTEM. You understand? THERE ARE TWO PARTIES AND ONLY TWO PARTIES. Everyone in this nation has two flavors to choose from. Both parties are big tent parties. Not everyone who is right-wing is some devout by the book Christian. Not everyone who is left wing is a trans women are real women nut. There are over 300 million people in the United States of America. 300 million. They aren't all going to have the exact same and neat views depending on which party they support. And this spread of views per party is made more complex by the fact one half of the two options at hand is downright insane. You can be non-white, gay, an atheist and still realize voting DNC in current year is asking for the apocalypse.

Every time a woman goes to vote she should be required to take a basic competency test on how the American system works. It should ask simple questions like, what is a representative republic. How representation works. What a constitution is. How constitutional laws work. What a right is. What an amendment is. The test should also ask who is the majority voting population. We can even make it multiple choice.

If a woman fails to pass this test, she should be barred from voting in that election. Fingers crossed this will get some women to show they have a brain. Fingers crossed.
