Who the fuck knows. We live in clown world. The market is supposed to have corrections and pullbacks. It doesn't anymore. I'm not sure if this started after the 2007-08 crash or not.

The market since 2008 has never fully recovered. The powers that be just kicked the can down the road until now.
Its not if the market would crash. Its when and how bad it would be. The banks were bailed out and deemed "too big to fail" because the Federal Government didn't want another great depression. But if it were to crash today, after a decade plus of 0% interest rates, its gonna be worse than that.
I'm not sure if Obama, Trump, and Biden could have done anything to lessen the damage of the next crash. I don't think so since they would be allowed to do so.

It can't be over stated enough just how different Nixon sounds compared to a modern politician. How elegant, composed and stately, if that's a word, he sounds. I know democrats like to rag on Trump for how he speaks, but Obama couldn't hold a candle next to Nixon.
The sad part is that this interview was just 40 years ago. How far we have fallen and in such a short span of time.

idk if MIC stocks going up indicates we're going to war.
They're known safe stocks to invest in. And in a crash environment, its better to invest in known good stock than a risky no name one.
