That is nonsense. Reproducing is not growth. Nothing grows forever in nature, especially populations. Once they hit a critical mass something comes along to take it out (usually disease).

How is reproducing not growth? How is evolution from single-celled organisms to human intelligence not growth? ‘Forever’ isn’t a measurable timescale. We don’t know if ‘nature’ as we think of it will last ‘forever’ either, but it certainly grows exponentially. To say otherwise is pure ignorance. Economics has extinction events too. It’s part of the business cycle. But the overall trend is growth.

If a couple have only one child they are reproducing but the population is not growing, especially in terms of long-term entitlement spending. This is basic shit.

He had to be dragged kicking and screaming in to doing a damn thing. Pretty sure he'll be doing his best to drag his feet and hope people forget about it again
