Ah, here's that "cornered rat" thing the sayings always warn about. Been wondering when they'd realize they need to do whatever they can to fuck things up / prepare for future plans / hobble Trump2: Trump Harder before they are thrown out.

Does Joe really think he's got enough states' support to do a constitutional amendment? Months before an election he is absolutely going to lose?

I never thought a president could be more lame than a lame duck, but we've found a new level: Senile Duck. He doesn't have 0 political capital, he has negative political capital. Things he gets involved with actively require more political capital to do.

Disarming a foe gives you time. There is no one-move fix to American politics. We're going too fast to throw it in reverse.
