He's talking about how greedy oil companies are and they won't drill. Refer to my older post to Don't Walk, Run's video on the matter.
 
He thinks he's so forceful as the patriarch when he says "enough," fuck off you'll be laughed out of every room.

Which oil exec said they want it to go to 200/barrel? Methinks he's lying like always.

edit: he's going to bully companies to use it or lose it, this man is fucking crazy his 20 year old assistants don't know oil production!

He sure does invoke the Lord's name a lot and speak as if he knows God's Will more than occasionally. I generally dont consider that to be a wise course of action.

I don't think it was oil execs. It was people on wall st. Banks were forcasting oil would get to $100 by the end of 2021. Gregory Mannarino has brought this up a few times in his video.
