LOL HOLY FUCKING SHIT

"They Get Elected because they Cheat like hell in elections, that is it, that is about all they can do well. If they used the same genius by the way, for Russia, Ukraine, China, North Korea..if they used the same Genius they use at cheating at Elections we wouldn't have those problems." - Donald J Trump on Glenn Beck

:story:

Whatever Else, no matter what else I think about him. I fucking love when he shits on the Democrats.
Less a shot across the bow and more a right hook to the nose.

True, but isn't Biden filling even more?
Nowhere near, he -can't-. There was an absolute mountain of slots leftover from the Obama era from judges that retired or died or moved up. McConnel and Trump did their best to fill as many as possible. The considerable -majority- of Judicial positions are now Trump hires. And likely will stay as such for... decades.

They can bitch about it all they want. Here's the kicker, these lawsuits against universal mail-in ballots also sets a ton of related precedent to other parts of the Democrat machine.

Getting all those judicial slots filled is paying tons of dividends.
How do lawsuits fill judicial slots that pay what kinds of dividends?

I could have sworn I saw articles saying Biden's first term judicial appointments far outstripped anyone else.

Silly me for believing it.

I mean... it's judges.

They kinda get to do whatever a lot of the time. Did you never hear the President Hawaiian Judge meme?

Understood, but what role do they play? In vaccine mandate? Mask mandates? CRT? Democratic politicians ignoring the constitution?

I find it difficult to make the connection even though I sense that this layer appointee is significant.

Please explain how this can shape policy?

Judges are important. Focusing on them has paid for itself. They do not shape policy so much as set the limits on it, closing constitutional and procedural grounds around it and ensuring everything plays by the same set of rules.

This harms the Democrats because their entire thing, their whole machine, either breaks the rules or finds... creative interpretations of it which would never fly by a competent, non-pozzed judge. Things have largely gotten to where they were because the judicial system has been for a long time compromised, either by RINO appointees who never ever wanna rule against the ones in charge or Democrat appointees who are actual activists, Combined, these groups made up a third of their own on the various benches. Now there is a counterweight.

I remember Barnes had an issue as the Federalist Society had a role in recommending the appointees, I do not recall exactly why it rubbed him the wrong way, although, I distinctly remember him repeating it especially with Amy Coney Barrett and some of the decisions she has handed down.

Federalist Society = RINO

I hope that simplifies things.

Because Barnes is a grifter who believes he is the center of attention and the most intelligent man in law and politics. And therefore anyone who doesn't use his personal services is terrible.

In short, he's incredibly mad that he was told to get fucked.

It's a bit deeper than just that. The Federalist Society isn't RINO so much as Old Republican. It leans towards the RINO camp but is also one of the few older institutions who realizes that the Uniparty was a mistake.

Let me remind everyone that Democrat lawsuit and judge-fuckery tied the Republicans hands for over thirty years. Back in 1982 the slimy Dems filed massive lawsuits and twisted the arms of the RNC until one of their pet judges put in place a consent decree limiting the ability of the RNC to do things like:
Refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling areas or tointerrogate prospective voters as to their qualifications to vote prior to their entry to a polling place;

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;

(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.
Up until recently that decree was extended, and expanded, and used as a shield to hide massive amounts of blatant voter fraud. The activities in Virginia with poll watchers and such would have been impossible if this decree was still in place and the Democrats would have 'won'. Control of the judges and courts protected fraud efforts for decades.

Right there is one of the biggest impacts that the judiciary has, they have incredible power to either hamstring any political effort or ease it's passage.
