It's sorta the start of the effect. A few of those polls were taken before the press conference. We should see the proper fallout of the press conference soon.

That case is different considering those assholes deserved being called out for disrespecting the flag. Where Biden use the term referring to a reporter who was asking a legit question on inflation which Biden and his allies have been ignoring.

You saw how bad Brandon's polling numbers are. They probably think that a war will help salvage his administration and save the Democrats in the midterms with a "rally round the flag" effect.

Plus as Tucker Carlson has pointed out, the continued screeching about Russia is the result of them huffing their own farts over the Russian collusion hoax. They spent so much time hyping up the "Russian interference in our Sacred Democracy ™️ " talking point that only existed to delegitimize and hobble the Trump administration that they now actually believe it, so now in their minds Russia=Orange Man=Bad, Must Destroy, War Now! They're ready to start World War III because they can't accept that the voters rejected their Golden Girl in 2016.
