Note that since this is a generally toothless resolution, even voting yes didn't mean you supported "MUH FULL SANCTIONS GAS RUSSIANS NOW". There is no cost to saying "Yes Russian bad for invasion, bad Russian" and then just slapping some toothless sanction and calling it a day.
