What's your take on Mastriano?
He should have come out against all the schizo claims he was smeared with by the Democrats but didn't, it fucked his optics hard. I know I raged against Republicans being optics cucks in this thread already but not coming out and saying how out of context screwed his optics. Part of the reason Fetterman won was that Republicans didn't play too hard into him not being your typical Pennsylvanian, the main schtick of Fetterman's campaign.

All that being said, Josh Shapiro is the Attorney General of PA so it was a doomed campaign from the start. We still have a bunch of COVID-era election rules in place from my understanding.

Ah, I remember back in 2020 when some of us were hoping for the GOP majority state legislatures in the swing states to save the day. Now, the 2024 GOP nominee won't even have that for 2 of the states (PA and MI).
Sounds like all that's left is to wait and see if violence will be chosen.

I'm hearing Neveda won't be done until December 6th lmao. Nothing to see there folks.
I think you're confusing that with Georgia. 12/6 is when they're having their runoff.

Anyhoo, I'm gonna to take a break for a day or two. Been dreading this bullshit all year, and I'm drained of fucks to give.

Wake me up when we have a final score.

Well that sucks. And Mastriano was considered to be one of the faces of the Red Wave.

Did anyone else notice that "none of the above" is carrying 1.4% in the Nevada gubernatorial race?

At least Florida went hard red. Also we still got a chance for at least 51 seat majority in the Senate and will get a narrow majority in the House. I know it's disappointing, but I always thought gridlock was the best we were going to be able to hope for.

2024 was going to be a shit show tbh.

>living with parents
>30
Dios mio. I get when living with your parents when you first graduate since you're not making a lot of money and it's not a bad idea to save up for a house, but by 30 you should be looking at a house based on the schools
Joke's on you, I graduated years ago and am not planning on going anywhere near a school, ever again.

I think a good amount of blame for Mastriano failures can be placed on his fellow GOP constituents for turning their backs on him.

Agreed. A big part of his loss was definitely the fault of Republicans who cucked because of optics. PA Republicans are a fucking mess and all parties are to blame for this loss. They really should have hammered home how Shapiro was part of letting Coof patients in nursing homes and killed the grandmas he was claiming to save.

Instead, nothing, and rarely even saw or heard anti-Shapiro campaign ads. Now we are stuck with Tom Wolf's lackey for the foreseeable future.

In a stunning and brave reversal of fortunes, Lauren Boebert is trailing Adam Frisch by 0.02% (62 ballots) of the vote with 94% of all votes counted according to Decision Desk.
She's a dummy but she's also easy on the eyes and it will piss the Demonrats off if she wins, so praying to atheist god for this to happen.

The Republican Party is stuck on this idea that tax cuts are a cheat code to winning elections, and all other issues are just too controversial and distracting from this one thing. They largely believe that if they can tamp down on all this unrest about other issues and bring the party back to focusing on cutting taxes and increasing military spending, they'll start bringing home victories again. That's why they refuse to engage other issues. Even in municipal races where the public is upset about skyrocketing crime and bums pissing everywhere, they just campaign on tax cuts. It's why they initially had Noem, Hutchison, and Abbot cuck on trans kids. It's why they had no message on COVID. They view everything that isn't a tax cut as a distraction.

Democrats haven't raised taxes significantly in 30 years, and yet, you still see retarded boomer conservatives saying, "Heh! Wait until those kids start paying taxes! Then they'll vote Republican." Bro, the Democrats are fighting to make it legal for a pedophile to kidnap my son and castrate him, I don't fucking care if you're going to lower the taxes on his state-mandated tranny titty pills.
Ace of Spades HQ pointed out a few years ago that the GOP has basically cut the tax rate so much that it no longer has any affect on or appeal to anyone except perhaps people who engage in high value trading or similar industries. I realize those are who fundraise for the GOP and that's who the likes of Paul Ryan etc would rather spend time with, but the simple numbers game means you can't rely on them for getting you elected.
I did not vote and I am dissatisfied with the results.
You got what you voted for.

I don't understand how people would turn on him for "optics." Do they not understand that every GOP candidate will be labeled an extreme far right Christian fundamentalist racist mega-Hitler?

That is because it was the playbook that worked in the 1980s. Its why these faggots still talk about Ronald Reagan ad nauseam. They wish politics were that easy again, back when the country was 85% white and Republicans could actually win elections in California, New York, Virginia, etc. Demographics have made those impossibilities.

Speaking of demographics, the based latinks were mostly a no show as 75% of the voting population was white. That’s another lie propagated here that needs to be shut down: don’t depend on baste browns, blacks and yellows to save the day because they’re never gonna come. It’s not a movie where there’s a deus ex machina to pull out chestnuts out of the fire.

I think this is a good point. Orange Hitler himself was winning in PA by hundreds of thousands before he got fortified out of victory.
