Some theorists say civil war is a contingency to work the economy out of its absolute state. Obscures the real causes, allows them to launder that stolen wealth away, allows them to take care of loose ends, people get it all out of their system and then are forced to accept the shiny new Ultra Usury™️ economic system (you'll own nothing, and you'll borrow everything, with interest), and so on. Not like it takes a genius to suppose they'd use a war to further their ends if can get away with it, though.

Virginia's 7th district just went from 99% in and a republican lead by 6000 to 92% with a 3000 lead.

Definitely, Texas is looking terrible for Beto.

WIth Hildago and Cameron more than half in, Beto is barely wining Cameron and Hidalgo is only 60% D. That's terrible for a Dem.

For comparison, he won 63% of Cameron in 2018 and 68% of Hidalgo. Even El Paso is 64% instead of the 74% he got against Ted Cruz. unless the remaining half of the votes are very Democrat, Beto will underperform his 2018 Senate numbers absent him outrunning his performance somewhere else. But the question is where?

He's running behind his 2018 performance in DFW, San Antonio, and Houston and doing the same in Austin.

The real action is the congress races in South Texas. If those are close, if the GOP wins them; that's a sign of a huge shift at the federal level.
