Your other argument is it's bad for them to want to have access medical shit that costs money, which is a weird one because you seem to be saying either that it's wrong to want things or wrong to pay for them, or that somehow those procedures are still going to charge us a bunch? Or is it that you dont want to pay for it cause dang troons dirving up my taxes?

I'm saying it's wrong to put enormous pressure in the form of thousands of pounds/dollars on a public health service with unnecessary cosmetic procedures. I don't think taxpayer's money should fund troonery in the same way I don't think it should fund nose jobs. It's incredibly narcissistic to think you should have your vanity surgeries paid for by working people. Public health services are extremely valuable and those that exist are generally under-funded and overworked as it is. I think someone's cancer treatment is probably more important than Michael getting a Frankenstein penis-skin hole carved into his crotch or Barry getting a jaw and brow reduction.

Either way, the tendency you subscribe to doesn't seem to have much cultural cachet right now. Barring some big change I think you're going to have a hard time selling "Communism, but NO TRANS" to the kind of people thinking about upgrading their ideology to something in a nice shade of red.

I think you're missing the point here. I highly doubt any genuine tankie is pro-trans. Communism is incompatible with transgenderism.
Biological sex is a class, I'm not sure why saying that triggers troons so much.

You’re using a different definition that doesn’t have any relation to labor and capital. Class warfare is between economic classes not men and women. Gender is it’s own thing. The fact you’re just using your own personal definition instead of the one everyone else uses that’s been in use since the beginning is probably one of the reasons no one is listening.

That might be because, in the context of my post, I was referring to sex class specifically and didn't mention socioeconomic class. Communism is materialistic and classes of people, whether it's regarding sex, race, or socioeconomic status are material classes. You don't have to have any political leaning to recognise that. Troons pedal the notion that the self is not the body and material reality can bend to the whims of "identity". Some aspects of the cult are just straight up pro-capitalist. Hence why the influx of young edgy anime trannies calling themselves "communists" is so funny. It's not hard to understand.

Anyway, back to the actual topic of this thread. The AGP hunter sub r/itsafetish found this guy who has such severe AGP that the simple act of browsing trans-related subs gives him a stiffy and makes him need to "satisfy the snake".
