My schizo theory about Ralsei is that he is a lightner born from a dark fountain and he is technically the son of both Asriel and Dess. Remember how because monsters tend to be buried with an object they were attached to and could end up being revived through some specific dark fountain? Based on the fact that monsters in Deltarune can also bleed (unless Susie really is a human monster hybrid) what if you could use the blood of one or more different monsters to basically create a new type of darkner?
Note that i came up with this while pondering on the "Ralsei is Kris's knife" theory, and i also had the interpretation that for some reason Kris tried to kill Dess but instead turned her into a walking dark fountain due to the whole "to make a fountain you need to stab the ground with determination".
 
I bet noelle is going to freeze the lake or make a path to the other side where the song comes from so they can go to the place they were meant to in chapter 3 in the light world but maybe that could be some motivation for gaining control over her and making her stronger in the WR. Ugh I wish we didnt have to wait ten months to know what happens

Ralsei is Asriel and Dess's prom night dumpster baby from the Sadie Hawkman dance that they left in the shelter.

I have heard it might be a group of people putting them everywhere they can think of, specifically "Femtanyl" from Toronto and his discord group. That and spreading of word to fans.

If it's anything close to this sort of "small town drama but cursed" Twin Peaks type thing I'll be impressed.
My favorite parts of DR are when it leans into this.
 
There's even Deltarune/undertale stuff in my incredibly rural neck of the woods. And a surprising amount of Omori as well- I keep spotting Basil and Something.

Random thought- no one actually tells us that the knight is the knight, we just assume that it is. Obviously, it roars, wears armor, and wields a sword, so it's not a huge jump of logic to assume that it is the Roaring Knight, but I just thought that was interesting. Normal enemies are obviously never introduced by name, but all the chapter bosses are. Just thought it curious.

Makes sense, since trannies have autogynephilia fetish and Kris has a auto-goat-ophilia fetish and wants to fuck his ideal goat fursona (

In Chapter 2, when drinking the Tea with "personal" taste, the amount of HP you regenerate depends on the relationship between the drinker and whos the tea named after. If someone drinks his own tea, it tastes like water and only replenishes the minimum amount of 10HP. If Ralsei is Kris fursona, and they are therefore the same person, Ralsei drinking Kris' Tea should also only replenish 10, but it does way more. The same goes vice versa.
In fact, it reveals that Kris has a better relationship with Susie than with Ralsei, with the former healing 100HP, and Ralsei's Tea only 60. So, you can't even say that he loves his own fursona more than a girl who bullied him yesterday.

You'd think it would be much easier to get rid of an unwanted baby as a deltarune monster, with them turning to dust when they die ...
 
I just checked chapter 2 again and I realised Jockington and Catty both have rooms as does asriel in queens mansion. I have a feeling they were there before or will come later. I have a feeling this whole thing is some kind of repetition where the angel infects people to control them to continue its game, and that banishing us is making us unable to do that? but I could be totally wrong. The prophecy seems to be something that has repeated over and over and over and that fits in with the way one might replay a game over and over and get different things and endings out of it, maybe the roaring is the whole "simulation" getting overloaded and falling apart and other angels like us breaking in through the openings of darkness? God I have so many fucking questions about this silly game haha

Also Noelle talking about jumping out of the ferris wheel and growing giant angel wings and flying off into the sky with holiday lights on the landscape... thats gonna happen. It reminds me of that one legend of zelda game thats in a dream and that one girl, marin I think? she wants to fly off into the sunset like a seagull because she feels trapped and knows its all not real, and when link beats the game the last thing you see is a gull doing just that, toby said that game was inspiration for DR as well as a few others, it has many similar themes

No temmie or the other guys though. I just think its a little odd. susies room is classic lol. But on that same train of thought, why no noelle or december? So much to think about. Im not smart enough for this.
 
The stigmata imagery to me on what I presume is december or some kind of creature posessing december (unconfirmed of course) holds themes of self sacrifice out of love for those who would see you die or are helpless to do anything, but they also could be spooky alien hands made for abducting. Its such a dessicated form, no flesh, only skin and bone. It reminds me of mummification of bodies in lakes which is...horrifying to think about..
