How can a doll breathe?
That's right: she can't

Is it really worth watching the whole thing?
Not really. If you have eyes and can read, you can infer most of what he says just by playing the game, and the theories he presents are easy to come up with on your own. Its not bad, just lacking in substance

Could you give a longer tldw?

The video is just ramb glazing, analyzing who he is in game, and from a meta perspective, why he's important to kris, his connection to friend, and theorizing on what happened to him after you finish sword route.

Alot of it is just going over the dialogue as if most of his audience hadn't actually played the game. There are a couple of interesting connections that most normal people would miss. specifically the dialogue from the smile vending machine referencing something hidden in undertale's files.

Overall i think the video could be 30-40 minutes shorter and be just as valuable as it is now.

Ramb is the best part of Chapter 3 and I strongly encourage you to delete your post as soon as possible.
Truth be told I completly missed ramb on the first playthrough of chapter 3, only really a few lines of dialouge when I got white ribbon from him, in an only playthrough of chapter 3. Because I didn't want to replay the chapter to beat roaring knight, so I loaded last ch3 save file and went back to spend points on the gambling machine that I didn't use at all and bought myself armor that isn't two white ribbons on Kris or shit I randomly picked up while playing, and beat the Knight that way with 3 revivemints and no mantle. Only to realize that I had 3 more revivemints in storage after the beating the knight, which I completly had no idea how to acsess because I never bothered and never used items to the point of still having dark candies and glowshard. Including the fact that I still had only base mane axe on Susie and at first forgot to switch off wooden blade for Kris to bounce blade because I didn't think I would need weapons on a pacifist run before finally optimizing my loadout.

As you can see I am a very observant player... Minus the fact that I collected 3 Jevil keys at my first playthrough and also completly missed the basement to fight him in... And forgot to check up on spamton in chapter 2...

... Okay maybe I'm not THAT observant

Cool Rory Knight cosplay from xitter.

Listen I didn't know the sword route on my first run of chapter 3 and didn't see Ramb as important, but your description of your playthrough makes me think you are Berdly irl

Do you guys ever think about how Toby could just get hit by a bus tomorrow and then we wouldn’t get Deltarune?
I think he has all the dialogue and most of the music for future chapters finished, so Temmie or one of the Starmen.net/Fangamer guys would take over as the new lead. Seriously, he said the sneaking theme that was made for Chapter 3 but was scrapped and reused for the Mike scenes in Chapter 5 was made in 2018, so probably before Chapter 1 even released.

Yes. The Deltarune release schedule is embarrassing. There is no reason this game should take this long. If chapter 5 is as long as previous chapters and 6 / 7 are released at the same rate Deltarune won't be finished until ~2030. That's 12 years. Statistically numerous Deltarune fans have died since Chapter 1 came out. Halo 1 to 3 took 6 years. Ratchet and Clank had 4 games in 3 years.
I understand episodic releases are meant to pace out content but it feels like besides the story nothing is done until the previous chapter is released. Is Toby just super hands on? Can't he hire Claude to simulate the coding power of 1000 Indians to complete this game in a timely manner?
