Surfing through the web while researching religious fundamentalists has taken me on several journeys. One of these journeys led to the Ummah Forums, a UK-based Islamic Forum with over 70,000 users, and plenty of local lolcows grazing its pastures.

I can't currently access these pages at this time one was behind a registry wall and the other 2 I just couldn't access
 
I have been looking through posts on there, and there are posts referring to Jinn and how it took control of people's bodies. One weird thing about it is someone saying that when the were learning martial arts that bad ghosts or something like that were taking over their body.

Islam is a hell of a drug.

I'll never understand religious people. I mean, I understand how it's reassuring to, like, go to church once or twice a year, hear a nice sermon about how god is all powerful and benevolent and maybe feel a little bit better going out but I'll never understand people who take all that stuff actually seriously. You know, who can read the bible or the koran or the tora or whatever else their holy scripture might be and say "Yup. I believe all of this is factual."

I don't think that anyone actually takes it as factual including these people. Instead I think that they just take the values but nothing else so they believe that it is perfectly fine to kill kafir but they don't believe that semen comes from the kidneys
