(Now posted in the correct thread)

Just had someone canvassing for labour knock on my door saying their going around encouraging people to vote who haven't voted. It's nearly 9 at fucking night and these pricks are knocking at my door!

That reminds me. I'd best get on my shoes and trot up to my polling station to see how busy they are. I voted at lunchtime but I'm curious.

Walthamstow back in 2013

Fuck, that was just before hipsters priced me out of Walthamstow, and about 10 years after hipsters priced me out of Stoke Newington.

When I moved to Walthamstow with the ex , people were "why do you want to move out to the sticks", now its the only place left they can afford they they have started calling it "Awsomestow" have erected these insecurity blankets

Since Grayson Perry saw them coming and fucked off to the countryside, they have nothing to crow about.

This was how we used to describe Walthamstow

Well lads and ladesses. Looks like times almost up. Before we get into the routine of mocking chimpouts and screeching autism, I'd just like to thank all of you who voted, campaigned, or even shitposted on the Guardian website about this election. Without you all our democracy would be worthless.

No matter how this result pans out, no matter who we wake up to as our new leader tomorrow, I want all of you to be proud of the fact that we as a nation have bled for nights such as this, that we should be able to sit down together and witness the decision of millions and millions of Britons on who has the right to rule this nation.

With that in mind good luck for tonight, Labour Voters, Tory Voters, even the one Lib Dem voter. We're all going to need it.

Exit poll - which was the only one anywhere near right in 2015 - shows a bad night for nicola, but, given that she called the snap election, a terrible one for theresa
