The Weeb Wars subforum has certainly delivered lulz, because there are even parallels with the now-defunct Enderverse subboard. We had an influx of newfags (who still don't understand what KiwiFarms is about and merely assumed that their faggotry wouldn't be entertaining to the older crowd). I mean take the Ty Beard asslickers and cocksuckers in this thread.

Even now, even though Ty is exposed as a Dunning-Kruger riddled faggot boomer, who basically got lucky by stricking it rich on the back of crowdfunding and having been in Nick's rolodex, his own (daughters') merchandise, favourable time extensions etc. succumbed to hubris in the most hilarious way possible. He delivered a sub-par performance in front of the Judge and he submitted documents of questionable standard. Sure, it wasn't LanDUI levels, but it was still embarassing. You could argue that the Judge was overly harsh, but in the end, Ty is the one who thought delivering the bare minimum should suffice. The buck stops with the old fag with the weird beard.

I can't wait for the next 30 days, because if it doesn't go the "Pro-Vic sides" way (which indications are it's not), the salt will be magnificent as we saw yesterday in the first 80 pages of the TCPA Hearing 9/6/19 thread. Some of y'all niggers were plain embarrassing, but I enjoyed it. Please keep the sperging up.

PS: I don't care about Vic, he's a closeted-fag bible-thumper who should have known that his sexual promiscuity could get him into trouble in the long run. Don't stick your dick in crazy, nigga!! Even Null knows this.

We haven't even seen an official transcript yet and y'all are still chimping. You can't attribute this to knee jerk reactions.

Strap your tits down for the transcripts and then come to your own conclusion. If the transcripts reveal some cuckery from Ty, by all means sperg about it.

I don't think anybody has accused him of any cuckery. Regardless of what the transcripts say, he got stumped in court and did not get the result his client wanted.

Whether anyone could have predicted this curveball from the judge, or changed the judge's mind when put on the spot by difficult questions is another matter. I personally think this issue should have perhaps come up during the trial simulations they do over at BHBH . "What if judge Chupp decides that he wants all the evidence now, rather than at trial." Although, it is a ludicrous situation.

That is why I am going to pee on the terracotta warrior.

Unironically yes. Assuming that everyone is against you and betrays their duties may be the most useful hypothetical you can practice for. In simple terms, if you're prepared for the worst, then you are truly ready for anything. The simplicity of this fact is the main reason why I think they could have been prepared for the issue that arose at the hearing. However, I also know that it is easy to forget the basics when you're trying to play on an advanced field.

I don't recall anyone saying that the man was perfect. Shit went down, just as Rekieta predicted it could. Now we have to see what BHBH will do with the wreckage, and there certainly is a lot they can do with these defamation and conspiracy claims.

Hindsight is 20/20. If Ty had been held to the same standards as KickVic we would've examined his past cases and seen what practical experience he had on defamation and TI cases. T. Greg pointed this out once actually. He's a great PR man and his business success shows he can get results but I guarantee Vic could've found a better firm for this case than BHBH. Nick would've been running PR for Vic regardless of who his lawyer was.

Ty loves his military shit, but right now Ty looks like Mussolini, another great PR man and a fellow wop to Vic who a lot of people loved. This case right now looks like when Mussolini and his Italians invaded Greece and because they were so sloppy got their ass utterly handed to them. If Ty wins we can change the analogy to Mussolini vs Ethiopia, where the Italians were so utterly shit they almost lost to Ethiopia before they got their game together, went scorched earth, and finally eeked out a victory against an opponent any better force could have easily done far better against.
