It made me think of how Ty would talk about setting up website or phone line where you could flood your politician with complaints and bully them into not being cucks. Instead of doing that he went and witnessed his own document in Vic's case which is so incredibly amateur I do not know how he is still in business. I don't fully agree. Vic was doomed when the faggots and fat cows MeToo'd him. If you'll remember, when the news first broke about Vic, Nick was doing a livestream with Doug Tennaple and both of them just assumed Vic was guilty. It took that Anime Outsiders weirdo, Cody Baier, spazing out in his chat to get Nick to look more into it. Nick did great work in getting word out to clear Vic's name. Granted, all of that is tainted now by Nick being a monstrous wreck, addict, and revealed to have always been a cuck. I also believe that Ty's firm had a good case for Vic. However, nothing could've prepared them for the Chuppening and issues that to this date, long after the case is dead and gone, still have never been ruled upon. I, personally, do not blame Ty fully for the loss. One lawyer, Sam Johnson, the "strip mall lawyer," noticed it wasn't even physically possible for all these notarizations to be valid, and holed the case below the waterline by noticing it. Then on top of that, Ty tried pulling the "submit literally right before midnight" trick, often actually an effective trick, but ended up filing late instead.

Incidentally, while this late filing was occurring (and the documents themselves sloppy as fuck), Ty was on Nick's stream and they were smugly sucking each other's dicks.

It was minimally late, and that would probably have been ignored, but after he got caught in the notary fuckery, he WITHDREW the documents and resubmitted them as unsworn affidavits, again, late.

What makes this buttfuck retarded and incompetent beyond belief is they could have been unsworn affidavits from the very beginning. The appeals court all but wrote a brief for a malpractice case against him.

If it had just been Chupp Chupping up the case, and Ty hadn't utterly Bearded up, he'd have had something to appeal without basically giving the appeals panel an excuse to rid themselves of the case.
