In Ty's defense, he admits he's been stunned on how stupid the other side has been, and just when he got used to it, they double down on the stupid. It's been a nonstop cascade of idiotic nonsense from the other side, and Ty, like most people, would have expected common sense to break out before now, but he understandably underestimated just how dumb the people he's litigating against can truly be.
Can't really blame him for that, even I'm still amazed at how dense these window lickers have been at times.

Although the music style isn't an exact match, I'd love it if someone with some animation skills made a music video in the style of Heavy Metal for this. Ty's favorite car being a Corvette just makes it all perfect.
