Using TV Tropes to insert political and sexually explicit agendas towards children makes one believe that you have a lobotomy in the brain.

She looks, acts, and is treated like a young child. The customizable main character, whose gender you get to choose, adopts her as their daughter. She calls a male protagonist "Daddy" and a female protagonist "Mommy" because she is (for all intents and purposes) a young child and they are her adoptive parent.

These fucking sickos.

Eh, actually the "Disco Sucks" crowd was largely the result of both corporate astroturfing and teenagers (Late Boomers and older Early Gen X'ers) who were too young to get into the clubs or bars and not getting the appeal of it.

The record industry was focused more on full-length album sales in the 70's and disco was a very singles-driven genre because that's a lot more amenable for a DJ in a club.

It's telling that the best-selling disco album of all time is the OST for a movie whose soundtrack is entirely comprised of disco singles that had already been released

There's been a lot of revisionism with disco's downfall but not in the way TV Tropes thinks.

It's mostly the result of older Gen X'ers and the youngest Boomers who fell for the astroturfing from the record industry and instead championed punk or alternative and similarly pretentious awful drivel.

A lot of beer was consumed at Disco Demolition Night (nobody was there to watch the baseball game) and you had to be 18 to drink back then so I'd say the main Disco Sucks crowd was born 1950 - early 60s so might as well be boomers.

Now I'd totally believe corporate astroturfing since Disco Sucks was hyped by rock DJs like the guy who helped organize Disco Demolition Night (with the White Sox owner Bill Veeck). But there was definitely something organic to it because in the late 70s rock bands kept selling out and making disco albums or shit that reminded people of disco even if it wasn't actually disco (and that TV Tropes mention of how these boomers will call ANYTHING with that 4/4 electronic beat, prominent keys, and vocals "disco" is correct, I've experienced it firsthand). And that pisses people off quite a bit, it's the same reason nu metal is so hated because actual metal bands put out shitty nu metal/"not really nu metal but sounds like nu metal" albums in the late 90s/early 00s (like those shitty late 90s Slayer and Anthrax albums and of course St. Anger).

It's been there for a while, they brought the site for several million, and they still can't afford a programmer. You'd expect that at least one of them would be into coding, like Null is.

I don't know how true that statement is, though, but I got it by looking up their About page.

And anyway, the first half of their year was probably spent cleaning up the huge pile of shit that Eddie left behind.

There is a ceiling to how successful Fighteer can be without losing control over the product due to incompetence.

The irony though is that time has largely caused the really crappy disco stuff to fade away and only leave the actual good songs that have proven longevity.

Also, disco never actually fucking died. It just rebranded itself "dance" music and even got a huge revival push until MTV knifed it in the heart to make room on the scheduling block for gangster rap, the same way hair metal was stabbed to make room for alt rock.

This character offhandedly mentions "having niggers shoot" at him on the job as a cop in the worst precinct in Cleveland, a good three seconds of his screentime. Every single mention of the character thusly mentions he's a racist and/or bigot and even implies he deserved to be crucified and burned alive.
