In case I didn't mention it prior, both are their own independent sites technically, but due to my association with both as founder, are two wings of the same parent, meaning they share a lot of overlap in terms of rules and culture. Their clientele tend to be different (most people who did not want to trope on Wikia stick with the Miraheze branch), but that's deliberate, as either is valid for your preference.

TV Tropes' staff are aware I run both and that both are "All The Tropes", just with different target audiences.

The former I throw out if they break the rules. The latter I leave alone so long as their autism proves productive and they follow the rules.

How successful I am is obviously in the eye of the beholder, but that's the basic idea.

In case no one noticed, All The Tropes will soon be partnering up with a fan Discord that basically an ATT fanclub. They are not an official arm of ATT, and I personally made clear to it's staff we'd endorse them as a place for our fans to congregate as long as they promised to do two things:

1. They made sure they didn't tolerate any illegal activity.
2. They didn't do anything that would embarrass us.

They promised to honor both conditions and I will personally be holding them to that. If you guys want a link (it's public access), check out current sitenotice on Miraheze ATT or the community messages on the Wikia version. I will be integrating them into both branches front pages by next Friday if I get no objections from either branch prior.

To my knowledge, all tropers, from either ATT branch, TV Tropes, or any other troping wiki will be welcome. They made it clear up front they have no pull on any of the above and are just a social club for tropers to talk shop so long as they can stay civil.

I hope and pray this is something I don't regret, and thankfully the guys who run it seem to be fairly levelheaded.

Do they even realize Intech is actually supposed to be a really shitty company? Seriously, that's the whole reason a plot to rob them blind is something sympathetic characters can do.
