The problem is that it's a trope about morality, and autists tend to have a very black and white view of the topic, even if you try to fence in who qualifies based on strict rules, it doesn't stop the idiots who only want their opinion to stand on who is an irredeemable bastard to stand. Everyone else can go fuck themselves, and they will sockpuppet and ban evade until they get their way because THERE IS A WRONG OPINION ON THE INTERNET AND THAT CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND!

It's actually a big problem on Villains Wikia too, they just have enough fulltime autists on hand willing to put this bullshit down whenever it crops up, and worst part is, the spastics who shit themselves over this know that, so they try to find another place to let their opinions stand because the world will end if a wrong viewpoint is allowed to exist and THEY MUST BE HEARD, rules on how to do so be damned (and they hope with less fulltime autists on hand at other venues to counter them, they can get their spoiled way). These jackasses have massive entitlement complexes, to the point my reporting a few of them got me rewarded with random comments on my blog and my DeviantArt page about how I needed to be lynched because I dared hold them accountable to rules they didn't like.

Basically, All The Tropes got fed with being a proxy for these assholes, so we elected to purge examples and not allow them anymore because we got tired of the autistic shitflinging.
I'm not surprised about that because I remembered there were autists putting characters on the villains wiki who weren't even villains or antagonists but characters who did slightly mean things and screeched about them. I am pretty sure the same happened on the complete monster page, because I can only assume if the villains wiki is anything to go by, that tropers just whined about bully characters.

Here's the spinoff fork of ATT with the CM pages:

It has all the CM pages we torched, and it eventually will be using a stripped down version of ATT's content so the CM spergs can have their own version of ATT with blackjack and hookers and none of the shit they don't care about.

Unlike the other wiki I reported, this is using properly made XML dumps of content from ATT, and I'm the last person who is gonna complain about that.

Whether they sink or swim is up to DocColress, I wish him the best and warned him now he's got his own sandbox, the same people who tried to shit in mine will likely try to shit in his and he better be prepared for that.

They've got a page for Caleb from Blood, and while Caleb is certainly sadistic, I don't consider him a villain. He's more of an anti-hero, which is probably a concept that flies over the heads of these autists.

I can clear this up.

One trope that brings out the spergs like flies to shit is the Complete Monster. More edit wars and dumb shit have happened over that than any other trope, and Doc used to be allowed to contain the problem until it was discovered they had been an overzealous ass about it and little better than the other autists, got their mod powers removed and a temporary block awhile back for this shit.

Thing is, the autists didn't fucking stop. Most of these faggots are butthurt repeat banned sockpuppets from places like Villains/Antagonist Wikia and other places on the internet where they hash this shit out, and TV Tropes and now us are starting to crack down on them shitting up our sandbox with their gay little proxy wars.

DocColress has proven little better than the spergs when it was getting to point we wanted to remove all example of the trope to be rid of the drama and lost his fucking shit. I tried to be sympathetic and find a middle ground to calm everyone down, but he pissed even me off with his utter refusal to keep his spaghetti in his pockets, so I threw him off both branches of ATT indefinitely, or at least until this autism is long over and he got over his own.

As to the splinter fork I cracked down on, it's related. Once I stripped all Complete Monster examples from our Wikia fork and discussions began in earnest doing the same the Miraheze one, the butthurt sockpuppets started mass copying their beloved sperg war pages to another wiki without attribution of their source (had they done this properly under CC licensing, I wouldn't have objected, I even would have provided them all the pages they needed), and worse, slapping the TRADEMARKED name of TV Tropes on said wiki, and I have no desire to get my site dragged into legal shit, so I reported them to Wikia to close it because they could get hit with a trademark abuse suit if they don't.

I'm currently working out a plan to make a LEGAL fork with the removed content so all the assholes who can't let this go can have their own ATT with blackjack and hookers and get their sperging bullshit away from us.

I'd also like to add I'm glad you guys have laughed at this dumb shit, it earned it's fucking mockery, thanks for holding ATT to the same standard as TV Tropes when we become lolcows too.
Don't oversell yourself, man; the standards were never that high to begin with. And while TVT doesn' feature an public slapfight with the mods, we do have people bitching about the Joker movie (again) and the fags whining how cruel the past is.

Thanks, I'll keep in mind not to do that anymore, I guess my frustration from the bullshit I had to deal with was leaking through pretty hard.

Speaking of the Joker movie, we have our own page on that now we just started, hopefully we can avoid the rank smell of bulllshit that permeates the TVT version.

Got a forum link? Because this kind of sounds like something that the resident "asexuals" would praise.

For reference, here's what a small piece of Reddit thinks about this.

...And it's cancerous as you'd expect.

Their needs to be a very clear criteria for the trope. For example has to be a straight up villain, no redeeming qualities, has to have committed murder, rape, or torture of the physical or mental varieties, and bonus points if they take pleasure in their villainous actions.

Lol that guy is as generic as breadtube gets

There is, though. It's clear to anyone who isn't cripplingly autistic.

Guess who are tropers?
Even if you s l o w l y s p e l l i t o u t to them and eventually throw them out, you'd still have to deal with the amount of 'tism Spidgewood wished he had from the rest of the basket cases.

"The ad on Website/YouTube has about 2,000 likes and about 108,000 dislikes as of May 2019"

Seems like America is playing its favourite game, Kick the Autistic.

It was on that page, but the Tropers removed the Gillette commercial because, in their words, "It's been agreed, on this page's Discussion section, that while the ad is controversial and has received backlash, the reception to it, overall, is mixed, and does not fit in with this page." and "While the ad does have 700k dislikes, it also has 300k likes. It seems like the ad is more controversial than objectively horrible, and there definitely are people who support its message given the 300k likes and major news sites speaking in its favor. Given how controversial the ad is, I\'d say presenting it as objectively bad (or good, for that matter) is against the Rule Of Cautious Editing Judgment. "

So yeah. Make your own judgement regarding how they view it.
