People who deny or support cancel culture do not seem to realize that it can also happen to them. In fact in my book the only. and as Rorsarch said "they'll look up and cry save us and I'll whisper back no"
 
I don't know why I go back to TV Tropes, but maybe it's my God given right of sperging out on the blatant ass ends of its community and the members who try and use the fucking site as a mouthpiece to push people to watch what they enjoy.

Granted, I will admit that there are plenty of thunk and interesting tidbits of trivia and insight, but a lot of that tends to also run into the obstacle of "at the core of all of this, is a very autistic and agenda ridden heart long wormeaten by That Guy With The Glasses faggots". A lot of their tropes pages are filled with asshurt lamentation about how "everything is in the animation ghetto wahhh" or are filled with shitty snark left over when the TGWTG fags kept dickjerking themselves writing their self centered bullshit to promote Spoony or some other faggot. It also doesn't help it's filled with faux-progressive losers who think their nerd and geek hobbies entitle them to "being in the right" and think they can do no wrong even in hypocrisy.

And kudos on that reddit piece. Trope is now such an ugly and autism ridden word now, that I can consider anyone or any place that uses it to be utter autists of the highest degree.

Firewiter’s one of the few decent people on the site I’ve been intending to get into contact with him/her but so far I’ve unable to find any other trace of this person.

The implied statement is that only one viewpoint exists and can be held in "good faith." Any other viewpoint is just fake and nobody actually believes it, they're just pretending to believe it as part of some evil conspiracy against the good people.
