Maybe you could potentially complain about how in the sequel, Rami Malek’s character’s brother is played by Hank Azaria who’s literally just a Jewish guy. But only that one tumblr user cared enough to bitch about the perceived whitewashing to begin with.

I wonder if Azaria did any whiny handwringing over that role like he did over Apu?

Don't have an opinion on the movie yet or whether I'll see it, but that horse is just a bad design. It's even uncanny valley in comparison to Bojack Horseman.
