Heavily inspired by the author's time working at MTV. I'm worried pervs found it and are the ones insisting a 12-yo was forcibly given giant breast implants.
Edit in case you see this without context: one girl has big boobs and is constantly teased for it.

Tv Tropes still has a Lily Orchard article on its site and they even bother to mention his "CD-Call" rebranding. As expected, the article tries its best to to clean up Lily's image and barley mentions all its controversies. I think the best it says about him is "Lilty is a very divise figure on the internet due to his controversies". Beacuse being known by all the internet as a groomer who writes MLP fanfics with gross stuff in it is a "divisive figure".

I remember this guy's Steven Universe video where he stops midway to go on a 30-minute-long rambling spiel about a Star Wars MMO. Going on a tirade about your special interest in the middle of a scripted video essay is peak autism. Plus, the guy's (not even attempting to sound like a woman) speaking voice gave off a real douche-y vibe so I never finished watching it.
Didn't this dude also molest his sister or something like that?

That's the damn problem. TVTropes has the potential to be a good website, but nine-tenths of the provided trope examples are something like "Animorphs" or "Steven Universe", instead of quality literature or film.

That's the actual Campbell quote, and rule that Campbell enforced on his writers. It was in no way a rule about alien inferiority, but rather a recognition of an alien's necessary difference, as a means to avoid a "aliens are just humans in funny suits" style of writing. The fact that whoever wrote this is inferior to humans and is assuming their personal bias that white men must think themselves superior to others, which reflects their own deeply-seated inferiority complex.

I fucking hate trannies approprating this scene and this character as if having a genetic memory that's transferred via symbiote implantation is in any way comparable to taking hormone blockers and cutting off your dick.

Another issue is that some works clearly get more attention than others. The main page for Persona 5 alone is like seven times longer than the main page for Ulysees for example.
 
This is worded weird. I get the first part, but the way they put "she lost her virginity as a young adult" as something oh so unusual makes me go "wtf".

I haven't checked on this place since the early 2010s. The pages were getting pretty gay at that point and I lost interest as it became more of a playground for the mentally ill instead of a real attempt at cataloging something factual. I heard at some point they started renaming trope categories that predate the existence of their own website claiming authority over the concepts and that they needed to be changed because "people won't get the references forever" and "tropes should be independent of a specific work". Did they ever give up on trying to rewrite entire literary categories like retarded autisimo maximuses?

This is so retarded lol. Literally one of my favorite things about deep space nine was Sisco's friendship with Jadz where he'd still call it 'old man' cause the last time he saw them they were in the 'shell' of an old man.
