Nightmare fuel is one of the pages that could be axed entirely by how pointless it is nowadays. The idea should be that it's mainly when the scare is something that you didn't expect from the media. Instead it's either descriptions of what happens without anything interesting or lecture in how it made the writer feel slightly uncomfortable.

Anyways Serial Experiments Lain has this absolute retardation that boils down to "it has a tranny fanbase because it's popular"

In my wilder and more impulsive youth I used to have a TVT account. Back then for whatever other faults it had it was actually FUN and by and large people didn't get too worked up about dumb shit and hadn't gone full wokescold. I like the idea of a semi-informal wiki analyzing the building blocks of stories, although in retrospect it's no substitute for proper language/literature classes.

I dunno where it all went wrong but I think Fast Eddie was keeping the site together even despite his incompetence.
