Weird, there's lots of TDI autism on there.

Autism knows no nationality, but it loves irony. Also, real life logic is more of a 'suggestion' or a 'fairy tale' inside TV Tropes. Spouting will make someone the equivalent of Bigfoot's illegitimate son with the Loch Ness Monster in the eyes of the site - weird, hostile, and unwelcome.

My pedo radar is acting up. Also some really stupid "examples" (Solid Snake? WTF?)

The Nostalgia Critic. Those huge, pretty eyes, his actor's gleeful catering to the fangirls and the fact that he looks like a kid playing grown-up (and tends to suck at it) in that messy suit adds a lot to his appeal.
pls go outside

Oh yeah, that's why everyone hates Alien. I mean, a female lead being the only sane person there and actually having the skills to deal with a machine of death? 0 Stars, INTO THE TRASH!

"Alien? I've never heard of that movie!" - Usual TVTropes user

On Seinfeld:

"Men in the Seinfeld universe become super-intelligent after they stop having sex for a period of time, because the majority of their brainpower is normally focused solely towards obtaining sex, so a celibate man's brain becomes free to think about other things. For the same reason, going without sex has the opposite effect on women. Since men are always so obsessed with sex, women can get sex so easily that they take it for granted, and barely have to think about it at all. A celibate woman's brain becomes cluttered up thinking about sex, and she becomes stupider. This was demonstrated by George becoming an Omnidisciplinary Scientist and Omniglot after going without sex, while Elaine became The Ditz".

"Affectionately dislike" Transformers? Last I checked, the fans were divided and everyone hated the second one. And Twilight's not hated just for its female lead, but because everything about it is terrible.

I feel like it's the "It sucks because a woman is starring as the lead" method is being used here (albeit poorly misused, like Troper arguments usually are) when I'm pretty sure in real life, most people don't give a shit about who the lead is. I'm more than willing to dismiss things with male leads in it just as much I do female leads for plenty of reasons. Sexism is not one of them- If the lead character is poorly written/executed, regardless of gender, I'll tell it like it is. One of Twilight's main flaws was that the leads had the charisma of cardboard and the supporting cast even less.

As for the Brony argument. We don't mock them for watching girly entertainment (I normally don't give a shit when it comes to such habits), we mock them for watching perving over a show meant for 8 year-old children and their reprehensible behavior. And that's before getting into the Fluffy sub-culture.
