Well according to the Troper logic, one was always trans from the very beginning, and that they were living a "falsehood" before they transitioned into their true gender.

A few more choice posts from TV Tropes regarding the film, even handwaving Keanu Reeve's unawareness of any kind of trans metaphor while the film was being made (calling it a compromise the Wachowskis had to make).

So I guess the Wachowski brothers flat out saying The Matrix took elements from anime like Akira, cyberpunk like Blade Runner and Neuromancer and Bruce Lee martial arts movies as inspiration was just a lie? It was always about Neo being tranny Jesus to pwn the chuds?

Okay then

They don't deny those influences, but just going off of the YMMV page and the like, the trans interpretation is the one that they see as the most accurate. Plus, they would say all those other influences are just masks that the Wachowskis had to promote before they could come out as their true genders or something.

Just look at how they see things like the red pill under the Does This Remind You Of Anything section for the film (and why they hate people using it in other contexts that see as being alt-right).

Jesus, I can only imagine how fat and flat the chick (or dude) who wrote this is.
Wait, they renamed a trope... after thirteen goddamn years? Holy shit, talk about being better late than never. Maybe assuming the site keeps sticking around, we'll see twenty-year old tropes being renamed.
They're too technically incompetent to figure out how to do that.
Ok, here's the Cliff's Notes™ version for why that is, but in one sentence, the site's coding makes it impossible.

Many moons ago, there was no edit banned thread, and everyone had to make a new thread to get their ban lifted. In May 2010, someone decided to make a thread called Edit Banned, another person posted that "this should be the new thread" and Eddie stickied it. The mods then locked every other thread for edit bans and directed them to go to "the edit banned thread", so this new thread became the de facto place to get bans lifted.

However, there was no technical restriction, so literally anyone could post, because, again, Eddie is a fucking retard who can't code - or was too lazy to code - a permissions system in PHP, a language where doing so was a snoozeworthy endeavour. So people (banned tropers, trolls, and spergs) shat up the thread for about a year. Then some SA goons started shitting up the thread (because they're goons and that's their MO), and then the thread was filled with even more garbage and shitposting, culminating in December 2011. The final straw was on December 21, 2011, when two goons were banned for criticizing Eddie and decided to shit up the Edit Banned thread. After they were gone, Eddie finally decided that enough was enough and decided to "reset" the entire thread (i.e. nuke everyone's posts). And now you can't actually post in there unless you're suspended:

But the forum that the initial thread was part of was initially called Pinned and was renamed to Frequently Asked Questions somewhere along the line, which you can still post in. And that's why it'll always be a public forum.

A troper creates a thread in May 2010 asking for his ban to be lifted. Eddie pins the thread and makes it the de facto appeals thread, closing and locking every other appeals thread in the process. One year later, it's filled with shitposting from banned tropers, ED users, SA goons, and trolls. Eddie nukes the thread and makes it so you can only post under certain conditions, but you can still post in the forum it's part of. That's why it's public.

This "moral substitute" category is too vague. Any media that disagrees with any other media fits. So, the article includes everything from Christian rap to straight-edge punk to "Hustler" is in there. You might as well say having an opinion is a trope.
The moral substitute is already here, it's called "Cultural Marxism" Honestly the trope is not that hard to understand as long as you have some kind of religious template to use comparing the substitute.

Does it have all those shitty troon-made games we were told to play instead of playing Hogwarts Legacy?

My own take on the matter is that they were inspired by the series that they mentioned but overtime begun to spin it into a trans metaphor

The red pill as well know is used to describe someone being enlightened and freed from a system that controls people and uses them to keep the gears running smoothly. Overtime you see it being used by people who are alt right and in the Manosphere which as let to people using it to claim they are free from the corrupting of the system and are rebelling. However as the Wachowski Brothers went more and more woke and then went fulll trans, they are using it as a means to inject their own views on to the world.

Now, under normal circumstances, woketards would get bashed and BTFO'd for trying their typical tactic of co-opting anything they like. But since the Wachowskis are now onboard with progressive Ideology and it's their (created) concept, it's gonna poses a problem for both sides. on the rigth they are now using a concept that has been changed into the thing they hate by it's creators while on the left it's been tainted badly by having people like Andrew Tate overuse it and the term "Matrix" to such a point that it's a colossal tar baby. I would not be surprised that the new Matrix movie was created to try and reclaim their old content and themes and steer it on the path of their fallen ideology.

Honestly the whole deal about the Matrix and who controls it also paints an even darker truth, that even people that oppose them are only allowed to do so to prolong the life of the system with every so often a potential catastrophe occurring that needs to be dealt with. Woketards and Chudfucks are just the tools that are most useful giving any time and they can have their blue and red pills respectively.

Pages like this always remind me that TVT used to be very pedo friendly before they went onto hiding during the Google adpocalypse. Because no adult that's attracted to other adults would argue so hard that attraction to big tits is a trope or doesn't reflect reality.
IT STILL IS

I won't be surprised if they'll rub one out to just about anything. Only thing that's missing is the furries becoming more prominent on that site.

And also, mundane stuff has an tragic coincidence associated with them and you should feel bad about it.
Ever see "Popular with Furries"?
