I shouldn't be shocked that people who are afraid to talk about genitals don't know what words mean but I am. For a wiki, TvTropes sure likes to fuck with you when you make edits with """"controversial"""" tropes. Or you talk about a fan favorite meme character in an unflattering way.

Coincidentally, I just found someone stalking another user all because they made an "transphobic" edit from the second Paper Mario game. The site basically runs itself, at this point. And apparently, his troper page was already archived and now he's an 31 year old tranny who moved from Oklahoma to San Diego.

And Fighteer wants to delete the guess your fetishthread for some random reason. I'm not sure exactly what's driving the mods into finally purging the last of the coomer threads outside of an recent incident where someone wrote their personal page with one hand. Right now, I'm trying to archive it; but it's 933 pages long.

I'm really reluctant to make edits to some works because of this. Especially when they take retcons or translation differences as canon, simply because they suddenly conform to their heavily left-leaning views. For example.

Because this totally means you are breaking free of society's evil bonds, and that claiming such things suddenly gains you a whole slew of supporters, and even jokes made by the creator are to be taken seriously.

There was a dude in the Attack on Titan thread that chased a guy around the site after some weird edit. I think he was going for a public shaming thing by "exposing their crimes" but everyone just thought he was a weirdo. I haven't even looked for his posts to see what happened but it must've been cringe.

I've been discussing and comparing Matrix Resurrections with Top Gun Maverick to help analyze why I felt the former didn't live up to expectations, and one user had this to say.

Yep, even though Resurrections is not nearly of the same quality as Maverick, at least it's not "heartless military propaganda."

Quality is of no concern to these people, also what do you expect from someone who has "All you Fascists bound to lose" as their signature?
