While you could argue AM is somewhat tragic, being created solely for destruction then getting locked away to stew in madness that it could never defy its programming, there is no way to "undo the harm" of war crimes, and punishment is a necessary deterrent to show how irredeemable actions have consequences. Restorative justice is pretentiously ignorant about the nature of evil. Everywhere it is applied turns into Gotham City.

Complete Monster is one of those things where fanboys would fight tooth and nail to add characters who don't count because they like them so much or downplay other characters crimes because, again, they like them so much. You also have cases where a character probably doesn't but he's such a piece of shit that they want him there for spite.

I'm not going to say Huey's a good dude, but why does he get a Complete Monster entry but Skull Face doesn't? You know that guy who fucking raped 2 kids and then cut out their organs all to kill snake? The guy whose master plan was to release a global bioweapon out of spite?

Huey is one of the examples I had in mind actually. They framed it as insecure toxic masculinity that he had a despair-induced mental breakdown and killed himself over his wife cheating on him with his underage son. In a vacuum, that logic carries a number of twisted implications...

I'd borderline say that this could almost be warranted as a complete monster entry, but you're definitely right about Skull Face needing an entry too. Huey is so pathetic and weak that a different entry would probably be more appropriate. Kind of reminds me of Grima Wormtongue from Lord of the Wings in that he's responsible for a lot of fucked up shit, but he himself is so pathetic that it's hard to really put him up there compared to larger villains like Sauron or Saruman. The same I think would apply to Huey in comparison to Skull Face existing in the game.

See, Huey is a complete monster because he kills a dyke who uses him to give birth to a kid as some kind of fucked up fantasy of a yuri baby. In the victim-o-meter,dykes and faggots are rated higher than children, see. Poor Hal, honestly..I can understand why even after he be a tail chaser post MGS4, he still ain't opening up to women.

Wait is that really why Strangelove had a baby with Huey? I know she had the yuri infatuation with the boss, but I thought her and Huey had like a genuine relationship after peacewalker and that she (rightfully) called him a piece of shit and was going to leave him when she found he was using infant Hal in his metal gear experiments.
