It’s nice that they actually provided both the claim and rebuttal that “Dubya vacationed more!” Obama cultists would make, but it’s infuriating they do not accept that same rebuttal for the claims of Trump vacationing, seeing as how he tends to have golf outings alongside other heads of state and influential people.

Its the same issue you see with fans of the Daily Show or 1984. They can see how politicians and the media lie to society and twist the truth for their own favor, the corruption and incompetence present in government. The problem is how they only apply it to one side instead of the government as a whole.

This has always been a kind of perverse criticism, because if someone is really such an absolute Nazi/Commie fuckoff that everything they do just makes everything worse, wouldn't you want them spending more time on vacation, not less?

The reasoning I can think of is simple: it’s a demonstration of opulence and indifference by the vacationing leader. They’re wasting money on these outings, all the while their subordinates continue to do bad things with or without them. Remember, the people that want Trump out also want to toss out everyone involved with his admin for the reason that they are all part of the machine.

If I sound angry, I recently gave up efforts in aiding in elaborating on information and wanting to share actual discussion and thought provoking information about common elements in stories on these shithead authoritarian faggot and dickless nerd hobby weightthrower run shitholes. The majority of people who joined are sensationalist dysphoric losers who have no faith or pride in what they do, all while acting like autistic in the closet consumers that couldn't give you a breakdown on underlying themes in any given piece of literature nor story and just regurgitate information, or even a history of a given format of entertainment and literary media, but they can give you an autistic display of their half assed MST3K wannabe reenactments.

Yeah im not all that familiar with the site but it seems stupid that they spend so much time finding examples of a trope but none at all to examining the origins or themes behind it.
