Someone complaining that toddler shows aren't realistic enough?
They celebrated Stephen Hillenburg getting ALS.
(Unless I'm confusing tropers with general Loud House spergs. Again.)
Yes, that did happen. And while I couldn't find a post where fans were cheering over it, this DeviantArt post describes what had happened:

I went poking around at the link out of sheer morbid curiosity. It's so fucking stupid. I tried reading the intro, but I have no idea who the hell Gentaro is and why I should care there's an alternate version of him. Even the exposition is poorly explained and autistic.

Though to be frank, the most offensive thing about this is that the first arc is dedicated to the memory of Gene Wilder. Like, fucking why?

(I admit I don't know much about Kamen Rider, so I'm sorry if I get any of this wrong.)

Gentaro Kisaragi is the protagonist of the most light-hearted entry in the Kamen Rider franchise, Fourze. That event which triggered his 'alternate version' is this fanfic (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/8719616/1/Horseshoes-and-Hand-grenades, written by the same author behind the story you saw), where he dies and is revived as a villain.

...and that's all I understand about Muse Hysteria because it's as convoluted as hell. It seems like you need encyclopedic knowledge about at least half of the franchises the Pantheon features to understand what's going on in their Tales.

The Fan Fiction stuff is awful because it's super easy for authors to make up their own pages.

Notice how this is one of the few pages to straight up insult the reader and put words in their mouth.

If trans people gain widespread acceptance we'll see a sudden drop in trans people, and a huge surge in the newest outrageous thing, like turning your baby into a frog person or something. It's not any fun if you can't rub it in people's faces and make them say something you know they don't believe.

It's funny how much TV Tropes hates Pooh's Adventures, when their pantheon shit is exactly like that.

To give the Pantheon credit, their Tales aren't just existing movies/TV shows but with Pooh's friends slapped onto them (except Great Upheaval, which is literally the third Madoka movie, Pantheon-style).

But the Pantheon isn't even thought-out, to be honest. It's literally just rehashed memes, inside jokes, and shallow interactions - just like Pooh's Adventures.

  • Mega-Corp: Despite being the market leader by a wide margin, this trope is averted in Real Life, and has a reputation for being a very nice place to work:
    • Employees are allowed to take as much vacation or paternity leave as they would like as long as they complete enough work each month while present;
    • There are no caps as to how much an employee can contribute to the stock purchase plan, and as the stock recently did a 7-for-1 split, it has paid off well for anyone who has been able to invest even a little;
    • The company does not use RSUs or vesting as a tactic to get people to stay longer, and turnover in most positions in lower than average;
    • And yes, you get a free Netflix account.

I like the way Mr. Xilften thinks!

I'm not entirely sure a company like Netflix can be a stereotypical 'evil' megacorp in real life to begin with.They stream movies.They don't actually control access to the net.Make matters worse Netflix like almost all companies has to bow down to demands made by powerfull countries like China when it comes to services otherwise they're in trouble.Then again trying to apply tropes to real life doesn't really work.

I lurked a little and trust me If you think the wiki is bad, you need to see the forums. I have to share this as I can't believe it hasn't been discussed before.

The roleplaying section of the forums once had a trio know as the pedo trio. I forgot the name of the other two but one of them is a guy with the handle "Moerin". They hosted a maid rpg where they basically roleplayed sexual scenes as literal children. They got so far with it because they were protected by deadbeatloser, who is still a moderator.

Deadbeatloser is so bad, even other tropers don't like him. Could be a lolcow all on his own. Deadbeatloser was so obsessed with pleasing the pedo trio he let them do whatever they wanted.

Long story short, Fast Eddie, owner of the site at the time, almost nuked the RPG section because of the pedo trio, as they are known. At least one of them is unbanned.

Just picture this, literal grown ass male adults pretending to be underage girls having sex with each other. It's as bad as it sounds.

Most roleplayers on tv tropes know about the pedo trio, but they won't speak up openly because moderation on tv tropes would ban them in seconds. But if you want to know why that sub-forum even has a dedicated moderator, special rules, and the already mentioned Fast Eddie's rant, well now you know.
