I think everyone is underestimating how close this election will be. Kamala Harris is going to win the popular vote for sure, but for who wins the electoral college? got give the slight edge to Trump for now. There are still 2 weeks for Kamala to do something to win over the undecided voters, but if she has a plan outside attacking Trump, then she needs to do it. Because undecided voters want to vote for something, not against the other guy.

I'm calling this Trump wins the popular vote but somehow loses the electoral college due to a few key states flipping.

But that's if Trump loses right now I'm seeing Trump's path to victory look pretty good to be honest.

Since 1992, Bush in 2004 was the only Republican to win the popular vote until now, so that seemed like a super safe call. But yeah was wrong, not only is Trump on track win the popular vote, but wasn't nearly as close as I thought it would be. I honestly didn't expect him to make gains he did in New York and other safely blue states, which he did.

You're forgetting that Kamala Harris is one of if not the least popular Democratic candidates to have EVER been fielded. I know that she's been astroturfed to shit but realistically this shouldn't have been a shock to anyone after the post earshot photo started making the rounds.

You could tell who was going to win simply based of of presence, that's why I bought up the assassination attempt photo. Boomer talking points about the economy would make sense in any other situation, but Kamala had no presence while, just like in 2016, Trump had more outward-facing publicity stunts than anyone else to the point where he took over the news cycle again.

There was no point even listening to the polls just like there was never any point in taking political speeches to heart when trying to gauge who would win; the victory was already decided the second that Trump dodged a bullet as that was the point the wheel started turning again.
