A 18-year-old pooner shot herself to death at a US school. She was a Columbiner and might have wanted to shoot up the school but was stopped or chickened out.

(Chaya can't spell Columbine.)

It's always so surreal when a Miss manly man who loves manly man things like guns and killing people has pictures with plushies and creates those cutesy shrines like what some kind of stereotypical occult hobbyist girl would do in some teen movie

A man that beat a girlfriend to death, and then trooned out while in prison, was awarded a $295,000 settlement after alleging that he was "abused while in a male prison". / Archive

A convicted killer who transitioned from male to female while in prison was awarded a large settlement with the Oregon Department of Corrections after a lawsuit claiming abuse by staff while housed in a male prison.

Zera Lola Zombie, a biological male who has been housed in the women's Coffee Creek Correctional Facility since April 2025, won the $295,000 settlement stemming from the 2021 lawsuit, according to The Oregonian.

Zombie, whose birth name was Daniel Lee Smith, was convicted of first-degree manslaughter after pleading guilty to beating a girlfriend, Samantha Lee Brown, to death in 2014. Zombie received 20 years in prison for the killing and 15 more years for a first-degree assault after a violent attack on a fellow inmate. Zombie won't be released from prison until 2049.

The Oregonian reported that Zombie came out as transgender in 2020, and began taking sex change hormones. In 2022, Zombie began the process of seeking a sex change surgery in prison.

According to the report, Zombie will receive $95,000 from the settlement, while Zombie's attorneys will receive $200,000 to cover their fees.

Zombie claimed repeated sexual assaults by a cellmate at the Oregon State Penitentiary, and further sexual assaults at the hands of a different cellmate at Two Rivers Correctional Facility, according to court documents.

The claim said Zombie was discriminated against based on gender, that officials broke the law by housing a female in a male prison, said they failed to "follow both federal and Oregon rules and laws concerning the designation and protection of plaintiff as a Vulnerable Adult-In-Custody ... at high risk for both physical and sexual assault," housed an inmate with a known sexual predator, refused to provide legally-mandated counseling and failed to report the sexual assaults per Oregon and federal law.

In 2023, a judge designated Zombie as a vulnerable person, forcing the prison to allow Zombie to live in a single-person cell.

"On this record, it is not at all clear that, without the Court’s intervention, defendants will refrain from placing plaintiff in a cell with an inmate known to be a sex offender, or that defendants will designate plaintiff as a vulnerable inmate," said an order written by United States District Court Judge Ann Aiken. "Plaintiff need not await another assault before obtaining preventative relief."

"While we cannot comment on specifics of litigation, we take all allegations of sexual assault seriously and are committed to addressing them thoroughly and responsibility, a spokesperson for the Oregon Department of Corrections told Fox News Digital. "We uphold our duty to protect those in our custody, guided by a zero-tolerance policy for sexual abuse and harassment. Prevention remains a priority, and we are dedicated to eliminating sexual assault and misconduct in Oregon's correctional facilities."

Zombie's attorney, John Burgess, did not return a request for comment.

And this taking place in Oregon is no surprise at all.

I'm not sure if this was posted yet, I checked around the site and didn't see it.

Footage recorded on June 18th 2024, 28 year old MtF named Colin Tory Bailey with the alias Mia Bailey murders his mom and dad, blames them for "turning him into a monster"

Colin told his parents of his trans ideologies around 2019.

Dad was going to take Colin to his sex change operation sometime in July that following month but his Mom allegedly called it off a month prior in June through a social worker, despite that Colin is 28 and able to make his own medical choices without her. the result was murder.

After fleeing the scene, police pull over Colin the next night on a roadside, cops tell him to put his hands in the air and he pulls out a gun, cops hesitate to shoot or apprehend him and he disappears into the night.

the next morning he is found again confronted at gun point and surrenders to police.

Colin was asked "if you could go back yesterday would you change the outcome" and he replies "I don't think there was any way of change their minds, then no." implying that their disproval of his transgender goals was the driving reason behind their murders.

And, of course, the siblings have to clarify that they totally stand behind trans people.
They did, but it really sounds like they're throwing 'trans affirming' care under the bus:

“We support LGBTQ rights fully. This has nothing to do with identity,” Dustin Bailey said, explaining his reasoning. ”Providing powerful hormones to a person in a psychiatric crisis without proper psychiatric safeguards is not affirming care. It is reckless. In this case, it acted as an accelerant, intensifying instability, impairing judgment and compounding risk. That failure harmed Mia and it endangered our parents.”

I agree America needs to start suing the medical professionals who have prescribed wrong-sex hormones.

"Newcastle Crown Court heard that after avoiding an immediate jail term in August 2025 for a series of incidents involving nappies being taken out of bins, Taylor returned to similar behaviour within months."

I wish I had something clever to say. But I just fucking hate this. That judge, that system, that everything about how this MAN was allowed to get caught once, get no jail time, and get caught again. This is surely to escalate into something else. It always does, it's literal serial killer motivation.

To be perfectly honest, the UK justice system is an absolute pathetic joke 9 times out of 10 🙄

If anyone hasn't watched the videos that were uploaded in the linked post, the Mia/Collin Bailey case does get a little crazier. Original Post

During the police interrogation he came out and said that he wanted to kill his mother for interfering with his scheduled vaginoplasty. The father had apparently agreed to sell a vehicle to help with the payment plan but the mother disagreed. He was already 20k in debt due to hair removal and other "trans stuff." He'd also recently been on a 3-day psychiatric hold which clearly wasn't long enough.

Actual quotes from him regarding his mother:
  • "She couldn't say 'sorry' to save her life, apparently."
  • "I tried giving her so many chances throughout my life"
  • "I knew I was going down regardless and figured enough is enough I'm taking somebody with me" (context, this was specifically about manipulative suicide threats)
  • "I had one thing going and she took that away from me."
  • "If they changed their mind, which I know they're not when they're so narcissistic" (when asked if he would do anything differently)
  • "I didn't want to become the monster they made me to be"
His aunt was interviewed by the detective and confirmed that he'd had a hostile relationship towards his mother for a while.

The brother who narrowly survived had a protective order against him for brandishing a gun on him the previous year. After the psychiatric hold he'd been staying with a cousin but had recently been kicked out due to erratic behavior, which he described in the interrogation as "abuse" (and this account differs significantly from the cousin of course.)
