Before it was a meme on the internet, that printed photo was already a meme in a book or periodical. It wasn't child abuse for all those decades. I think it is also a mistake to take concern-trolling histrionics as good faith criticisms.

The scars need to be one single line, and his real nips should be covered by make-up and some randomly misplaced necrotic-looking ones should be painted on, or go for the nip-less look. Also needs some floral or butterfly fake tattoo.
